I cannot say enough good things about Paige Dumpleton. After a recommendation from a friend I contacted Paige seeking a bridging loan. Paige secured an offer at a far better rate than I had been offered with other brokers. She then kept everything moving, chasing everyone up and keeping me updated until the monies landed in my account. After deciding to proceed the process took slightly longer than we had expected ( mainly due to the lender’s inability to arrange substitute surveyor when their appointed surveyor was on holiday!) However, in retrospect, the time from application to completion was really not long at all.

Paige Dumpleton found a bridging loan for me at a better rate than any other broker I had spoken to. I was a little skeptical because it was so much cheaper but Paige reassured me the entire time and followed through on every promise. She was always available to speak to and very helpful at chasing the lender and solicitor to complete the loan. I have already recommended her to a friend and will continue to use her in future. Our broker Darcie was amazing ! She managed to find a way to help my parter and I buy the flat of our dreams in very complicated circumstances. Other companies would probably have said it wasn’t possible but she didn’t stop until she found a way. After a slightly rocky start with difficulties in securing an expat mortgage in the end the perseverance of Clifton paid off and I secured the mortgage I needed. The process took time but we got there in the end. Only criticism was not being informed of the difficulties at the beginning, I am sure they did not want to worry me but I would have preferred to know. Alex and Jan were very professional throughout.
