My experience was great ( brought my custom gaming computer we built without knowledge for fun ), my gaming computer hasn’t been touched in months and eventually couldn’t launch any games or even open a chrome browser ! It was overheating. When I got to my appointment, he was very knowledgeable and was able to identify the issue with my gaming computer immediately and explained everything in detail. He throughly inspected my gaming computer and checked if it’s worth saving, end of my appointment, I was told my computer will be in great shape and what parts will be needed to recover my gaming computer. I’ve received my gaming computer in 2 days in amazing running shape, the cables were rewired, organized and he also cleaned my gaming computer in and out ! I couldn’t believe it. The best part is, he installed an app on my computer to reach out to him if I have any issues with my gaming computer in the fire or maintenance check up. It was very very affordable, couldn’t be happier. So glad we found Clickanerd !

They inspected my computer and told me what was wrong with it. They also provided a few courses of action I can take and recommended based on the time, price, and needs.

Dropped off 2 corrupt external Hard Drives, He was able to diagnose within mins of opening them up, ran through problems and able to get all my information transferred over. Highly recommended as not overpriced and repair is local, No need to wait for weeks to find out if fixed or returned.

Click A Nerd did an awesome job identifying what was wrong with my laptop and diagnosed it within 5 min. Thankful it wasn’t nothing majorly wrong with my laptop. He was very quick with the turn around time and was finished repairing it the next day. I loved that he was finished with my laptop within 24hrs. His price was very reasonable to repair my laptop and was very professional. I’m very happy with his service and will be returning if my laptop has issues again.
