He is equally proficient in all operating systems, including my preferred MacOS, and he handled a very tricky migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 Business. When my system went down unexpectedly due to a hardware issue, he made himself available late into the night, temporarily took over the controls to my system, and then got it fixed and got us online again--even though the issue was beyond the scope of his service agreement. On top of all that, he created an absolutely killer website for the low price he charged (monthly payment options are available instead of a lump-sum payment).
