Amazing company,like always. Every time I call it looks like we know each other’s since forever Specially Brandon.
Placed the order Monday late afternoon , next morning received confirmation of the order followed by email advising the items had been dispatched for delivery next day. Delivery was made early the next day.
Great customer services.
Prices were really competitive compared to other online retailers and the goods are a high quality.
No complaints.

I still have not received my delivery
I still have not received my delivery, it was supposed to be next day......
Changing my rating as I did receive a courtesy call and this was more of a courier issue.

I purchased schluter decoupling matt / roll, 59m of duo wall and floor heating cable along with a WiFi thermostat. Excellent quality products supplied by underfloor shop on overnight delivery.

Brilliant company
Brilliant company, Amazing customer service and care from the start, needed a replacement underfloor manifold, the company rang me direct and advised everything i needed with a quote to follow, once ordered it arrived very quickly. Very Impressed, i wouldn't go anywhere else.
