They say it's next-day delivery! I made a purchase on March 8th of 3 items: a lawnmower, a hedge trimmer, and the battery for the trimmer. On the 9th, I only received the hedge trimmer, without the battery and without the lawnmower. Today, the 16th, I still haven't received any answers and the rest of my Order S82987

Great purchase. The mower was delivered very quickly. Very easy to set up and the quick charge batteries meant we were mowing in an hour of opening!! Great job on the garden. It's not massive but only used one bar on the batteries to get the whole job done!

Superb customer service! Had a problem with my new mower (nothing to do with Cleva) and they responded so quickly and sent a replacement. In a world of online sales, customer service is key and these guys were perfect

I purchased a Vacmaster cooling fan from Amazon last year but had problems with the remote 12v battery (type A27) draining within a few months. I contacted Cleva customer services by email for advice and Sarah responded immediately. Upon providing my Amazon receipt she offered to send me FOC a replacement remote which has now been dispatched and all within 48hrs of me contacting them. Great first class service. Thank You.

A company should be judged not only by when things go right, but also when they go wrong. A fault somewhere in the system meant that I was sent a used/returned fan rather than a brand new one. Support were quick to respond to the problem and sent me a brand new one, even letting me keep the old one. Top service!

Vacmaster hoover was delivered within 24 hours of ordering. I even had a discount of £11.00! Plus free delivery. Wonderful performance, picks up everything, really powerful. Would definitely recommend this company 😊

I purchased a mower from them a couple of years ago and it has been working fine. Then suddenly it stopped. Contacted Cleva and they could not have been more helpful. Shelley was fantastic, she helped me to diagnose the problem and when it was apparent that it was major sent me a replacement. If only all service desk were as good as this one. Totally recommend this company.

I used the online form and I was contacted the same day the staff were brilliant and got my enquiry sorted out and the part I needed was delivered the very next day. 1st class service I absolutely recommend this company

Bought one of there mowers in 2024 and found it to be very good, how ver in summer of 2025 it started to give problems and I contacted Cleva. Still under guarantee but still very pleasantly surprised to receive a brand new mower two days later and instructions how to dispose of broken one. However new mowers needs software upgrade and I was having problems with this, no problem to Cleva it is being sorted. They are a first class company to deal with and I give them 5 out of 5 for customer service
