Delivery on time with no wait. Mower easy to put together. All parts provided as per order. Have used twice since purchase - better cut and better feel than previous two flymos which I have owned and used for twelve years or so. Would thoroughly recommend.

The mower was easy to assemble, although the diagrams could have been larger and clearer. Ordering process and delivery were first class. Only used the mower once so far and it performed well.

we bought a Vacmaster which had a 2 year warranty and after 16 months the motor failed . Contacted the service department and within a week we had a brand new replacement sent .
Great communication and no hassle to get replacement .

Great product - easy to use, quiet, lightweight but scarifies effectively. Cleva produce good quality garden tools at very competitive prices and Ilove the fact that the power pack from our lawn mower is shared. Delivery was speedy and trouble free. Delivery, as stated, next day. But, a couple of rainy days, it had to stay in box, but gave me the chance to fully charge battery (actually only takes an hour).
Finally a dry day, instructions very clear, so off it trundled.
You need to sit and watch on first cut, to see what the sensors decide. It is than play time, to make adjustments to your lawn, to keep it happy.
Certainly does what it says on the box, I used 20mm cut, and that was good. Only drawback (also with most robotic machines, I believe). It does not cut the edges of the lawn, so a strimmer is necessary.
Fascinating, sitting with a beer, deciding which way it will turn, or whether it likes/dislikes your lawn edge.
So yes, an amazing piece of kit for the money, but allow time, to adjust lawn edges, so that you can leave it on it's own.
My first use, didn't find the lawn edge at one point, and ended up pushing to garden chairs along the patio, but, I did have the sensor cameras turned off, had they been on, the mower would have stopped.

The response from Cleva was very quick and resolved by problem caused by me not reading the instructions carefully.

Had some issues with my L10 and L12 mowers but customer service was excellent in trying to resolve the issues, but the diagnostic support needs more active response to the customers. Sales and delivery is excellent

Super fast delivery - hoover is all fine apart from a squicky wheel - but my god does it suck!! Not sure whether to be amazed of horrified by the dust this vacuum pulls out!! I’m a furniture maker and have a spaniel so dust is a given, but gee whizz this thing is powerful

Live the product. Although did order a grass box separate as description says certain bits come with mower but says ‘grass box recommended’ so I read it as needed to order separate. Maybe that’s just me though. But now got 2 boxes so no issue really.
