I really love my item, it’s exactly the same as the photo. The price is proper I think.
There was a delivery delay on this order, but the customer service always updated the situation and I never needed to worry about my order. Great support!

I had to wait over two weeks after buying stuff. I didn’t receive a confirmation mail so I had to write more than 4 mails to the customer service to get an answer. And then after two and a half weeks later I got my products BUT the Quality is so cheap!! Totally not worth what I paid!!!!
Like others have said it‘s a scam from China.

Terrible, I received the product very late, after like 1 and a half months. It got shipped around 3 weeks after placing my order, on the website it says 24-48 hours. Support via email is useless, you need to call/text them on their official phone number. If you email, you will get a response after like 1 week or don't get a response at all.
The product was shipped from China, it even says that on the shipping label that is on the box. CleoJewey sells products that they purchase FROM ALIEXPRESS OR TEMU. THEY PURCHASE THEM THERE FOR 5 DOLLARS AND THEN RESELL FOR LIKE 180 DOLLARS.

This is a Chinese piece of garbage. Thank god I got my refund, they told me to post a good review on TrustPilot and so I get a refund, so I posted a good review but now I am editing it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY SELL GARBAGE FROM CHINA!!!!!!

I paid for the item and after 2 weeks it has yet to be shipped even though the website claims 24hour shipping. Customer support is absolutely non existant. Terrible

I suspect this company is a scammer. I've paid for an item I've purchased from them and attempted to reach out to them several times with no success. Only once someone responded but not anymore.
I requested a refund to the money and sent them a last email. I intend to file a report against them to consumers authority.
I don't recommend them at all.

Customer Service or the company is not responding.. No tracking number provided.. Its been 8 days since I paid online.. I am not sure if I am going to receive the product or not.

I will change this rating if they respond and delivered the item...

Great quality! The product was the same as in the website. Perfect!

My order delivery was very slow but i finally received it. After that i received an other package with same earrings.
Customer service was helpful and i was told that i can keep both earrings.
Earrings are beautiful and one of my favourites. Thank you for good customer service.

The shipping did take quite a bit of time and contacting with customer seemed a bit slow, perhaps they have a lot of emails to get through, but I did receive my order and customer service would always respond. Thanks Joel

Despite a little chaos in shipping, sunglasses were delievered without complications. Comfortable, good-looking, I really recommend :)

This website is a piece of junk!!!!😡 I bought some earrings for my girlfriend for her birthday. But I won’t give her this crap. It’s straight from china. When I got it home it was packaged in an ugly, old, beat up cardboard box and then wrapped in plastic. There were no jewellery box. They were just in a plastic sip bag. I didn’t even find any certificate for the diamonds. So they were probably plastic or stones maybe. I will never by for here again and I regard you to not do it either😡😤

Bad service and a product that is not worth buying and there is no quick response from customer service even after the purchase process, a long time for shipping and it does not deserve even a one-star rating
