It is a Scam, I never got delivered the customer service does not exist anymore. I believe the company went bankrupt.

It’s all an Scam! Don’t buy! The products is china shut quality since the order shipping information confirmde that the shipping was from China even tho the brand sayin it’s scandinavian mads! I ordered for over 1 month ago and they have still not sent my order. Sent multiple mails to the company without any answers. All 5/5 ratings is also fake!

I have still not recieved the product, and also i asked for my money back, they got my iban number, but now they dont answer my emails and have not received my money.

I ordered last November 2024, i have not received my item yet. Out of 8 emails i only received two responses and no more. How sad.

SCAM order placed in September 2024 but never received, asked to cancel and refund the money but now December 2024 and nothing received. They are not answering emails and completely ignoring my requests, but they did get my money and they are keeping it! really unacceptable, keep away from them, I will keep trying to get my money back.

I ordered there in September with any fancy coupon from sweatcoin. Since then I got no any confirmation, nothing. On their website they say that shipping to Europe countries take max 7 days. After 4 WEEKS I decided to email them that I want to cancel my order and get the money back. They tried to offer me free stuff but I declined it, better to get that money back. It's ridiculous. 1 star is too much. Don't buy there even with any fancy coupons which offers you -70% - 90%.

I was really excited to receive two necklaces from Cléo, especially because they weren’t for me, but for my best friend. I had gotten a coupon code from here and decided to get two beautiful necklaces. When they arrived in the mail, the two jewelry boxes were stuffed in a white shipping bag and along with the boxes, there was an unused Cléo shipping bag. It was just stuffed there as if the jewelry boxes were somehow going to put themselves in the bag and seal themselves. The worst part is that the Cléo shipping bag only fit one box. I let it go for the time being because they might be busy and just didn’t have enough time. We all mistakes it’s understandable. As I excitingly opened the jewelry boxes to see the necklaces I ordered, I saw that the necklaces were both in plastic baggies, like the ones you find in cheap bulk stores. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I’m so glad I didn’t buy them in full price because I would’ve cried because they are a bit expensive and for what? Jewelry that can be bought from bulk stores? No thank you. Hopefully my best friend still likes them and doesn’t make her skin turn green.

I am very satisfied with the necklace I ordered. The order took about a month to arrive, so this is an area that can be improved. The customer service agent was very helpful and kept me updated with progress on my order.

Hice mi pedido hace más de dos meses y aun. No me llega el pedido solo dice orden completada le avisaremos cuando su peso este listo para envío y eso el 22 de junio 2024 que hice mi pedido quisiera la devolución de mi dinero o mi pedido por favor me comunico a servicio al cliente y no me responden ni me resuelve nada
