Having recently adopted ClearVUE ZERO, it is a great platform to help dive deeper into our energy consumption.

Dealing with Nathyn Morley is always a pleasure. He takes all the time you need to ensure you understand the portal and the functions you are able to action, no matter how many times you ask.

He has taken the time to onboard the directors who all come away from the demonstration with Nathyn with glowing feedback on him and the functions he has demonstrated on the portal.

We look forward to building on this relationship and identifying ways to better manage our energy consumption together.

ClearVUE gives us a clear and accessible view of our energy use, helping us understand consumption, identify trends, and make better-informed decisions. The platform can initially look daunting, but our energy manager, Adam, is always on hand to help, from giving assets user-friendly names through to publishing reports.
Our account manager, Lisa Coates, has been excellent from our very first contact. She is knowledgeable, responsive, always ready to help, while also coming across as a warm, funny, and genuine person. Having that level of personal support makes a real difference.
I would happily recommend both ClearVUE and Lisa to any business looking to gain greater insight into its energy consumption, whether to reduce costs, support its decarbonisation journey, or both. After all, if you can't measure it, you can't manage it.

I am electrical consultant working on a site where Clear VUE have recently installed an Energy Monitoring system. I'm using their system to analyse existing loads so that we can re-engineer the site to add new loads.
Their system is the best that I've used and has provided everything that I've asked of it.
Nathyn Morley was my first contact with Clear VUE training me how to use the system. He helped me by changing his training to accommodate my needs and has continued to help my by setting the system to meet these needs. Whenever I've needed help I've used the "Chat" button on the screen and he has always come back to me quickly.
Adam Wood, the site account manager, has also produced some very clever and helpful reports.

Since starting to work with ClearVUE in 2024 we’ve had very positive experiences working and collaborating with their teams. At the beginning of 2025, the business focus with regards to utility costs and usage took a positive change. The targets became centred around sustainability, efficient utilisation and cleaner environmental omissions. At that point we engage with ClearVue to assist and manage these topics with us. Their service levels have been outstanding. All members of their team have been totally professional and very helpful. Kerrie (Consultant) and Fern (Account Manager) have been amazing, always available when needed and nothing is too much trouble. They provide hands on assistance and do most of the hard work for us. This is so reassuring, I would recommend them to anyone seeking to engage with an energy sustainability, compliance, management business. They have made our processes much more efficient, so we are using less Electricity, Gas and water which is important from an environmental point of view and we benefit from cost savings as a result.

From the initial contact to present the service received from ClearVUE has been prompt and very professional and they are a pleasure to work with. The potential of the system was thoroughly explained to us and the opportunity it gave us was clear to see. We have a site that has grown over many years and visibility of our energy consumption was very poor. The initial stages were thoroughly explained and having made the commitment the install and set up process was soon completed in an efficient manner with minimal disturbance.
Once up and running the portal has given us a fantastic amount of data and has enabled us to gain valuable insight into our energy usage. From this we have identified many opportunities to save and adapt how we use power plus the support from our Energy manager has also guided us on opportunities. Training has been very good and thorough and available whenever required both for groups and individuals so great support received.

The support, training, assistance provided by Nathyn Morley and his team, and especially the ability to question oneself when necessary, made my experience with this company great. Fast response to all questions, and immediate remote and onsite support to ensure the most appropriate setup for monitoring all of our utilities. The support for the software from an analysis point of view is excellent - there is real guidance on how to interpret the data to help management make the correct decisions to reduce usage.

Whenever I have queries and make observations on ClearVue reports and asset monitoring, I get a reply from our relationship manager within 24hours max. This includes feedback on how to issue specific reports, analysis on observed issues and technical support to improve both reporting and asset management from which to reduce energy consumption accordingly.

The team at ClearVue are wonderful, and always willing to help and support in any query we provide. Whilst it takes some getting used to, the system is convenient for tracking consumption in different areas of our property, and the reports the team provide are insightful and informative. A shout out to Daniele and Nathyn in the team, who have been particularly helpful with any requests or support I had.

Armstrong is a global engineering company with two sites in the UK. As signatories to the World Green Building Council Net Zero Buildings programme we are striving to reduce our Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions. We have already installed energy saving equipment like, LED lighting, solar PV, PIRs and heating controls but were looking for something that would help us discover where we were wasting energy at a granular, operational level. ClearVUE seemed the best available system that would allow us to do that.
We’ve been running the ClearVUE system for a year now and have had significant results; namely a substantial reduction in kVA demand and the identification of numerous circuits that were drawing more power than was necessary outside normal working hours. This has resulted in a substantial cost saving and reduction in Scope 2 emissions.
The weekly meetings with our dedicated ClearVUE energy manager are of real benefit and have helped us get maximum value from the system. The clear, informative monthly reports are a great help too. For these reasons, I’d thoroughly recommend ClearVUE.

Paragon Customer Communications have been very impressed and pleased with the services and support provided by the ClearVUE team and the ClearVUE.Zero software application. Their support and services is helping Paragons operational sites improve our energy monitoring, awareness and management in efforts to reduce our carbon emissions and energy costs.

Farleigh Hospice is a charity based in Essex, offering end of life care in our in patient unit and in the community. In 2023 we started to use ClearVUE at our main premises in the hope to reduce costs as well as our usage.

ClearVUE has helped us to get an understanding of the high energy use areas and assisted in our selection of areas to implement energy saving technology, the transfer of all exterior lighting to LED for example has shown good results.

More recently, we have started to receive monthly reports, which provide a helpful insight into areas as well as times of high energy consumption across the site, which we plan to use to further target reductions.

ClearVUE itself took a while to navigate but regular training provided by them has helped us become familiar with the system.

We would recommend ClearVUE for any business but for a Charity it is a very useful tool to try and reduce spending.
