Aggressive email sent from them after I…

Aggressive email sent from them after I politely informed them if it was possible for a refund . Never in my experience in dealing with companies have I received such a childish and argumentative email.
I will be reporting this to appropriate bodies . Really upset me .

Thank you for taking the time to leave this, and I am sorry. The email you describe was my reply to a request to cancel the order after drafting had been completed and one line in it was sharper than it should have been. I apologised for that by email this morning.

For anyone else reading: the order was completed. The first draft of both Wills was delivered within a minute of payment and the final versions the same day. The disagreement was over a refund after the work had been delivered, and I put our position more bluntly than any customer deserves. That is on me.

If there is anything you need on the Wills themselves, the offer of help stands and there is nothing further to pay.

First Class Service

My experience with ClearLegacy was absolutely fantastic. The advice I received was immediate, clear, concise and thorough. Ironically I was advised that their service offering was not suited to my particular circumstances but this did not prevent them from sending me a detailed response which included the reasons they were unable to assist me, along with options to consider and some excellent advice. First Class!

Brilliant, clear and simple service

To be honest, I’ve been putting off writing a will because it felt complicated and a bit morbid. A friend recommended Clear Legacy and I’m so grateful. The whole process was quick, easy and painless, I don’t know why I put it off for so long. The service was amazing and I wish more people knew about it. The review and feedback was helpful and thorough, I feel reassured that someone took the time to go through every detail to give me real peace of mind.

Thank you, Reena - and I'm glad the putting-it-off part is over. That's easily the most common thing we hear. Every Will gets a structured check against the Wills Act 1837 before it's issued, and I look personally at anything that check flags, so the feedback you had is the process working as intended. Do keep your free update in mind if anything changes - marriage, children, a house move.

Quick and Easy

Really easy and straightforward online service.
The process was simple to follow, everything was clearly explained, and it made creating a will quick and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend.

Behind the scenes every Will is checked against the Wills Act 1837 before it's issued, so simple at your end doesn't mean unchecked at ours. Your free update is there whenever anything changes.

Simple & reliable. Would recomment

I recently used Clear Legacy to create my will and was thoroughly impressed by how seamless the entire process was. The interface is exceptionally user-friendly—I was actually able to complete everything directly from my phone without any hassle.

Worth setting out plainly for anyone reading: every Will gets a structured automated check against the Wills Act 1837, and I personally check any Will that review flags before it is released. It isn't a solicitor review and it isn't legal advice, but nothing goes out unchecked - and the tailored feedback you had on your draft is that process doing its job. Thank you for the referrals, they mean a great deal to a small business.

A good experience

Very simple and straight forward process if you have a non-complicated will to set up. The team were also very proactive in any amendments needed.

Very good value for money and removes the risk of not having a will in place.

The whole process takes about 30min.

Thank you, Frank. You've put your finger on who this suits: a straightforward estate, sorted properly in about half an hour, without a solicitor's fee for work that doesn't need one. Where things are more complicated we'll say so rather than take the order. Glad the amendments were handled quickly - and your free update is there if anything changes down the line.
