Predatory billing, invisible support
Charged the full monthly fee the second I started a video that then failed to generate. Their own terms say failed generations do not trigger the paid conversion. I pointed that out. They blamed the underlying AI model, offered a goodwill re-run, and then went completely silent on the refund.
Their terms also state the conversion trigger three different ways in three different sections. One video, second video, three videos. Take that however you like.
Later they billed me the regular plan price on an account I was not even using. I deleted the account to stop it happening again, and emailed to confirm I would not be charged going forward. No response.
They ghosted me again. So right now I am sitting here expecting another charge next month with no way to get an answer out of them.
