Vivek was amazing

Vivek was amazing! He was very kind, calm, professional and extremely reassuring and has restored my hearing. He said he thought that my 6 years younger friend was my daughter, so I probably shouldn’t like him but he was so GREAT that I do, and highly recommend him.

Looks like I need to book for a hair cut, dye and overhaul now…

Ashika was great but Clear Earwax not so

Firstly, I give 5 stars to Ashika at the Camden clinic for finally unblocking my ears. However I do not rate Clear Earwax for their customer service. My original appointment was cancelled and I had to attend a different clinic in order to have an appointment prior to the weekend before last. The clinician assured me all the wax had been removed but over the weekend I realised one ear was still blocked. I then had my appointment cancelled twice more before finally having a follow up yesterday.

Michael was professional in my matter I…

Michael was professional in my matter I am 40 years old and when I was a kid like 14 I had gromits 3 times and didn’t know know I had gromits still. He did confirm my ears were totally blocked and confirmed the wear wax is moving the gromits so it’s best to get a GP appointment before anything further.
