Michael was professional in my matter I am 40 years old and when I was a kid like 14 I had gromits 3 times and didn’t know know I had gromits still. He did confirm my ears were totally blocked and confirmed the wear wax is moving the gromits so it’s best to get a GP appointment before anything further.

Highly recommended: Ashika cleared my earwax with microsuction in the Canary Wharf branch. She was friendly, reassuring and the whole process was quick and painless. The whole process was seamless and carried out on the same day I booked.
