Great company ,no hard sell just a great service provided by them from start to finish.we had doors and patio doors done and they are fabulous,really nice.done super. quick and they were so tidy highly recommend would definitely use again

From first visit the week before Christmas to quote - no pushy sales. Up to date including installation. Excellent service completed in specified time. Nothing left to chance, surveyor arrived on time and checked everything. Fitters were professional, courteous and very tidy. Cannot rate this company highly enough. Would definitely recommend them to anyone considering windows and doors.

From our first meeting and negotiating a very competitive price, to the installation of our composite doors, by two good guys who left the house as tidy as possible. Clear Choice have been great, would definitely recommend this company and will use again in the future.

Pricing was very competitive for our windows and door. The sales process was very simple, Ash talked us through the different products and what would be best for our home.
Getting measured up and everything ordered was easy, not much disruption in the house. Products were order and fitted in a timely manner.

Fitters did a great job, kept everything clean and fitted everything quicker than we assumed it would take.

Originally booked for replacement windows and very happy with the negotiated price. Installation date arranged and the two fitters arrived as agreed and were very professional in their job. Friendly, quick, no mess and superb job done. Then decided to do facias and guttering as the windows looked so good and decided to go ahead with the facias to match. Good price, on time as usual, same two fitters and once more superb from start to finish. Have had quite a bit done this year to my house and had a good few dodgy tradesmen in, so can easily tell the difference now in quality of company. Clear choice easily fit into the quality company group. Would 100% recommend them for both windows and facias\guttering. No doubt their other work would be just as good. Easy recommendation from me for clear choice.

I have been delighted with the recently replaced windows and doors to the property which have transformed the look of the house. Neighbours and friends have commented on the new look too.

From the initial discussions with James regarding the style and price, to the ordering and fitting process, I was kept informed of progress and timescales. All details were communicated well and efficiently. The whole process ran smoothly and was completed in a matter of weeks.

The team were all very polite and friendly. Terry and Dave the fitters turned up on the date and time expected and completed the work in just over 2 days as promised. Carpets were protected and everywhere was kept neat and tidy, with all rubbish removed.

Recently had a new front door fitted and couldn't be happier with it. Tidy and professional fitters, and from quote to order the whole process has been great. We are about to order our windows now too as we've been so impressed so far. Cost wise, it was really competitive compared to the other quotes we had received

From initial contact right through to the final window being installed, the service we received from Clear Choice has been outstanding. Ben was very courteous and knowledge and suggested the style of windowpanes to suit each window

The time frames we were promised were adhered to and the windows finished earlier than planned on the second day. We were nervous about the scaffolding being up longer than necessary and impacting our neighbours but again, service was fantastic, with it being put up and taken down a day either side of the windows fitting and with no disruption to either us or our neighbours.

We were promised the windows would be fitted before our holiday at Christmas and they were fitted earlier than expected which again, was amazing service.

The fitters were professional, efficient, neat and tidy. They were respectful and protected all areas being fitted including floors and staircases. They left no mess behind, cleaning up along the way. I worked from home the first day and they worked around this so there was no interruption at all during my working day.

We have received nothing but praise for our windows since fitted, and they have made a huge difference to our home, both visually and practically especially during these winter months.

We could not recommend Clear Choice Homes enough. The quality of products and service is exceptional. We would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family (my sister will be using them this year!)

A special mention for the two fitters Terry and Dave who were obviously massively experienced and neat and tidy in there work. They just need to be kept topped up with a coffee or two
We are now thinking of replacing the conservatory roof and won’t hesitate to use them.

Had two people come to give an estimate things going well until they offered a price, 15 minutes later they offered mats rate price, after being at my house for nearly an hour, when asked why didn’t they offer the cheapest price first they got a bit annoyed, and finally left

Really good work men, amazing service and really friendly. Top quality frames and windows, can’t hear a thing and very good if you’ve got a draft. They moved the curtains and furniture and also cleaned up after themselves

My mum and dad used clear choice for the windows on the front of the house and a new front door and they are not disappointed. From beginning to end the team were incredible, the organisation, the communication we could not fault them.

Clear Choice Home Improvements did a satisfactory job with our home improvements. They worked on our conservatory roof, windows, and doors. The team was efficient and tidy, ensuring minimal disruption during the process. While there were positives, such as their professionalism and reasonable pricing, the overall experience was just okay. It's a reliable company but did not exceed expectations. 3 stars for a decent job.

Our very pleasant experience with Clear Choice started in March 2024. We wanted to replace most of our wooden framed windows and had discussions with some of the big names and were deterred by high prices and long lead-times. Then we had a knock on the door from a salesman who was dropping off leaflets in the area. I am normally tough on salesmen – but there was something about this one that persuaded me to give him a chance. This was our first meeting with James who proved himself over the next few months to be everything you would want as the main contact within a service company. We agreed a price and signed our first contract with the company. Throughout the process, James made everything easy – making changes to survey appointments to suit our schedule and coping with variations we made to our specification. The Installation Day was kept to and Terry and Dave arrived at the agreed time and worked steadily for the two days allocated for the installation. They were very professional with a wide range of skills and kept the working areas very tidy resulting in no inconvenience to us at all.
We were delighted with the installation, so we were quite happy to negotiate another contract for the replacement of our porch doors and main front door. Despite us making a few alterations along the way, the process from order to completed work went smoothly aided by Ian in the office who was outstanding at dealing with the manufacture of our doors and sticking to agreed schedules and keeping us informed throughout.
It should be noted that Clear Choice’s After-sales Service is as good as their Sales and Installation. The Company has been very good at responding quickly and efficiently to the few and very minor adjustments which we have identified since installation.
Altogether, we are confident in providing our recommendation for Clear Choice.
