Clear Choice have been amazing from start to finish - James was a perfect salesman, not pushy at all, very friendly and courteous and answered all questions with professionalism and honesty . No hard sell at all. After choosing my front door (with James being very patient whilst I searched and weighed up all colour options) the process was very smooth and easy, with Ian calling and confirming details, James keeping in touch and answering any queries I had really promptly (even outside of normal business hours), to the surveyor coming and measuring (apologies to him as I have forgotten his name), and then Joe coming and fitting my new front door everything went smoothly and I didn’t feel like anything was too much trouble.
I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We had four windows and a front door fitted last week . I have to say that it was a perfect experience all round . James was brilliant very helpful . This team have been excellent from start to finish. James spent ages with us talking though everything and answering all our questions. He was knowledgeable and obviously passionate about what he does. There was no pressure or hard sell. He was open, honest and gabe us a fair quote. There was good communication throughout and we were given realistic timescales. Terry and Dave our fitters were exceptional. Theu worked so hard! And the finish is excellent really attention to detail. They were tidy, respectful and polite.
Would defo recommend this team to anyone wanting new windows or doors.

The whole experience was great! Superb to be honest, my son needed proper windows in his two upstairs rooms. Although I was really unwell the job was seamless from start to finish, and the results are phenomenal, I felt supported at every juncture and communication was superb! You will be seeing me again in the future, I'd never use anyone else! The team are fabulous! Thanks ever so much! X

From start to finish Clear Choice have been outstanding. James designed the perfect door for us, taking into account all our needs. The price was great and the design was perfect. Communication with Clear Choice was excellent; the front door arrived well ahead of schedule. Ryan did an incredible job in removing the very old door; even sorting out the mess that came with that (the plaster flaking and general problems that came from removing that). The end result is a very clean and tidy fit - all boxed in with no unsightly mess or re plastering required. Nothing was too much trouble for James and his team and the experience of using Clear Choice was exemplary. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will definitely use them again in future. Thanks so much.

We found this company on Facebook.James came to show us a book with a choice of doors and a sample of the products, there was no hard sales and he answered all of our questions. A gentleman called Ryan came to fit the doors he worked all day cleaning as he worked. He did a really professional job in fitting them. We highly recommend this company and we will be using them again in the foreseeable future.

I needed a fire door I rang made an appointment with a very pleasant young man who took all dimensions and ordered my door. They came and installed it when I was on holiday. When I came back I had a beautiful new front door it is such brilliant quality and they cleated all of the mess. I would recommend this company 100%. Thank you so much I love my new door

Just had 5 windows replaced by clear choice and they're absolutely fantastic. From start to finish the process was really smooth, I was kept up to date all along from the first visit from James right until terry and Dave completed an amazing job. In addition to work carried out in 2024 to replace our front door and Patio door, we are extremely happy that we once again chose Clear Choice Home Improvements to replace our old UPVC bedroom window and double glazing.
From the initial phone call to the completion of the work, Clear Choice are totally professional, friendly, reliable and the quality of products is of the highest standards.
The fitters are totally professional, friendly, polite, efficient, tidy and meticulous in their work down to the smallest detail. If we had any questions at any time either during the ordering stage or fitting, whoever we spoke to were more than happy to provide full frank and honest answers and we always felt our needs and requirements were the most important factor they were dealing with…..very customer orientated.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the company and its team. From the start, James, the sales consultant, guided us through the options for our french doors and sliding patio doors with clarity and expertise. The surveyor followed up with precise measurements and ensured all requirements were met. Finally, the installation team delivered flawless results - everything was fitted perfectly and they left no mess behind. We’re absolutely delighted with the finished doors and couldn’t fault the workmanship or the service we received. Absolutely outstanding company. I had been in touch with James previously for quotes on other projects—he was incredibly accommodating and clearly committed to doing a great job. From agreeing on the details to final delivery, the entire team delivered an exceptional level of service and workmanship. I’ll definitely be back with more projects.

Would like to let Terry and Brian who fitted my windows professional in every way removed all rubbish was very clean tidying up as they worked recommend any one looking for new windows to check Clear Choice so happy my house looks so different thanks you

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with Clear Choice. First, the pricing with Ben was way over the top, but I sorted that out, then when the bay window came, only one fitter came, no floor coverings, then he cut the new sill wrong. but anyone can make a mistake? but he carried on, his pointing was like what a child would do, he was leaving the soffit just filled with silicone, I said are you going to fix plastic for the soffit he said look I have been told to do what I think is right ? The angle of the sill was wrong, meaning soffit was 40mm in some places and 140mm in others. Simon came to fix new sill and put everything right, but forgot things. said he would ring the next day, but went on holiday, came again after 2 weeks and still forgot things. It took 6 weeks to( FIX) one bay window? NEVER AGAIN

We had a great experience with Clear Choice. After having issues with another company James come to our house multiple times to make sure we were happy with everything before we proceeded. When putting in the windows there was a massive issue with the bay window. The fitters stopped working on it and told us it would just all collapse if the windows were stuck in. Some company’s would just put them in without a second thought. This made us feel more like we were in safe hands. Terry and Dave the fitters were top professionals throughout the whole process and constantly gave us updates and talked us through each stated throughly. We went from just wanting black windows and the bricks replaced to having really nice black cladding added to the bay and it gives the front of the house a new lease of life. Without James we never would have pulled the trigger on buying new windows and we thank him for all his help! We are even going back to him to buy doors later this year. Thanks again!

What a fantastic job this company have done for us. We had 8 windows and 2 doors fitted, we are over the moon, it looks amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I recently had 8 windows fitted by Clearchoice, along with a composite front door, UPVC back door and UPVC French doors. The whole process, from initial contact with James, through to the fitting by Dave and Terry, was excellent.
A quote was provided after a home visit from James, with no hard sell, and I was left with all the information I needed in order to make a decision in my own time. Any questions I had were answered promptly - I never had any trouble getting in touch when I had a query.
When it was time for the fitting, Dave and Terry were friendly, professional and reliable. They went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done well and that everything looked as good as possible. They even fitted a new section of black gutter to my bay window so that the old brown gutter wouldn't clash with the new anthracite window frames.
The finish inside was immaculate and care was taken to make sure everything was done to the highest standard. It now looks like a completely new house, it really is such a huge improvement.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows or doors.
