Just like all the other reviews we were also hit with $95 TP fees.. They need to put this in all caps at checkout and once they have your money it's wrap. They sound very sympathetic on the phone but you will not get your money back AT ALL... The fees are legit it's just how they go about it here just seems crazy and a little scammerish..

They sell you the 39.00 package, then charge you 95.00 for a service charge. RIP OFF. They put up a small link with no emphasis, and then hit you with the 95.00. During these tough times, these rip off artists are taking advantage of people. IM GOING ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP. I WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS! RIP OFF!!!!!!

I've used this company twice before and…
I've used this company twice before and it was fine. This time I did a more thorough background check.
Got hit with an additional $95 charge. I called them on it and was told by Charlie, "If you order the $39.99 report you are authorizing us to run those counties automatically with notice surcharges may apply depending on the counties...and if those counties have surcharges".
I said I was going to write reviews. Their response wasn't one of helpfulness or apology, it was, "we understand".
It's in the fine print....SOMEWHERE. Disgraceful. They lost my business.

AVOID. HIDDEN CHARGES
Beware of this scam company. Their fee looks low up front. But after they complete the check, they'll tell you about all the supplemental databases they searched and charge you for them without your consent. They point to some fine print about how there *may* be other charges, but they never specifically say which ones they plan to charge you. Avoid.
