I was disappointed that this order took so long to arrive - it arrived yesterday 14th Oct after being ordered last week, so it arrived too late for a birthday present on
9th Oct.

Easy website to navigate around, reasonably priced and a very speedy delivery.

I was on holiday when I found this shop, what a fantastic find. I purchased items on my first visit, I was back within the hour ( the lady in the shop thought I was back to complain) I came back to buy some Xmas presents. Then when I got home I went online and bought something else. The staff in the Minehead branch were lovely and friendly. Well worth a visit.

This is my second purchase of wooden jewellery and as the first piece I ordered it doesn't disappoint very pleased with my purchases can highly recommend.so easy to order on line with a speedy delivery keep up the good work

Ordered a fine knit poncho for an event I have coming up. It was easy to order and was delivered quickly. The poncho is lovely fine knit and very nicely made. I am very happy with it and would order again from Clathers.

I loved my snoopy wrapping paper, it’s perfect, packaged well, arrived quickly too.

A good service and was welcomed as a new customer. Email to say item had been despatched although could not track it. Arrived well packed and true to picture . Item was a good price and although delivery was not that quick it wasn’t a problem as I’d ordered it in plenty of time. Would use this company again.

They didn't have the colour of bag I wanted but got it from their other shop & I received it in 2 days !

I ordered the brown heart necklace & I was pleased with it so I ordered the blue, it turned out to be nothing like the online colour it's more of a navy. Very disappointed 😞

I came across Clathers while on holiday recently and bought a couple of tops then. Have worn them both to death, and was delighted to discover they had a website and I could order online. Great service and super fast delivery. Will be back. Soon!

Clathers were brilliant at helping me find the top I wanted to order. I had seen it on their Instagram feed but couldn't find it on their website. Excellent customer service. I love my top! Highly recommend.
