I wanted a present for a friend and this lovely lightweight poncho in a pretty colour was just right.

I ordered a necklace and a pair of earrings both in the colour yellow, the earrings I received were wrong so you sent me another pair of earrings which were also wrong. The event my wife needed them for has since past.

I tracked this shop down online after I had bought a lovely jumper from it whilst on holiday. As my daughter was set on 'borrowing' my jumper I decided to save it by buying her another one in a different colour! It arrived promptly and was just as lovely and soft as the one I had bought previously! I think mine is safe for now!

Items look like the photos on the website and are well packaged for safe delivery. My only gripe was the time it took to arrive (ordered on the 3rd, received shipping notification on the 4th, and they arrived on the 11th). it may be worth using Hermes rather than Royal Mail as we're used to receiving everything so quickly nowadays. Having said that the necklaces were worth the wait and I would order from Clathers again

The scarf is lovely although it arrived 2 days (3 if you count Sunday when here is no Royal Mail service) later than I had been expecting.
