CVR - Classic Volvo Restoration Recensioni 

I've dealt with CVR since the early COVID days. Recently they seem to have undergone a change in management. My previous order ( in 2025) was shipped to my old address despite the fact that I had updated my address in their website. It resulted in me having to drive an hour each way to pick up my order. My most recent order was a disaster. I sent them the model, it's year and serial number. I also informed them of the transmission model number. They sent me parts that were incorrect, I had to pay shipping and import fees. Despite the fact that they had all that information they sent the wrong parts. I asked to return the incorrect parts and because they had all that information I also asked that they also refund the shipping cost as well as the import fees. They told me that it was my fault that I ordered the wrong parts. In my mind they had more than enough information and should have informed me that the parts I ordered were incorrect. Stay away from them, they don't care about you just your money.

Ett fantastiskt mottagande av mitt ärende, verkstaden som skulle fixa min gamla amazon trodde jag köpt fel grejer, men CVR hjälpte mig att förklara för verkstaden att de skulle montera den så skulle de se att det fungerar. Fick tom ett telefonsamtal från dom som jag kunde skicka vidare till verkstaden.

Excellent service from a reliable trustworthy company. Communication was excellent, keeping me informed about developments in my order. Dispatch of parts was prompt with UPS getting my order here in two days. The quality of the items was excellent. I will be back for more as our restoration progresses.

Absolutely horrific experience. I have never encountered such a behaviour by any business, ever. Luckily there are many other classic Volvo parts dealers around. Choose just about any other option out there and you will get helpful attitude and working parts in no time. With CVR, not so much. Sad that this kind of stuff is around giving bad rep about really cool classic cars.

Toppen fick en spegel med spricka och en ny skickades direkt utan massa reklamations krångel. Toppen och tidsbesparande.

Eight days from order placed to delivery this time, they promised 2-3 days.
I have ordered 3 times and there have been some issues every time.
The fact that it was relatively big orders I still had to write to them several times before I got any response.

Har fått delar som inte fungerar. Har försökt reklamera men händer ingenting, trots påstötningar.

VARNING FÖR DET HÄR FÖRETAGET
De lurar medvetet sina kunder genom att skicka reservdelar som saknar vitala delar som är nödvändiga för dess användande.
Jag har i princip fått värdelöst skrot. När jag vill reklamera varan blir jag väldigt illa bemött. De är otrevliga och bryr sig inte alls.
När jag frågar varför delar saknas skriver de att jag kan återanvända gamla delar från någon gammal skrotbil.
