Terrible quality and intentional refund evasion. Avoid this company!
I ordered a hoodie on 17th June. On 2nd July, I received an awful, 100% polyester hoodie from Vietnam that was incredibly poor quality and badly printed with numerous design errors. Their website deliberately omitted the fact that the item was 100% polyester.
I emailed them on 3rd July asking to return the item and they agreed. However, they then ignored my emails and refused to provide a return address. I was forced to open a PayPal dispute just to get them to give me their return address.
I followed their instructions exactly and paid £21.25 out of my own pocket to ship the item back via Royal Mail International Tracked (Tracking: LO429884034GB) to their designated address in Vietnam.
Official courier tracking confirms that a delivery attempt was successfully made on 02 August 2026. However, their warehouse team has intentionally refused to collect, sign for, or accept the parcel for a full month in an obvious attempt to force a system timeout and block my refund.
They are actively manipulating the dispute system by abandoning the package they instructed me to send. I have now had to escalate this to a formal bank chargeback with Santander to recover my money. Absolutely disgraceful business practices and zero integrity. Avoid this company at all costs.
