Visited the Clarks Store at the Watford Atria. We were attended by Val who was very helpful and had an exceptional customer service attitude. We went through quite a few pairs and he was very knowledgeable and helped us in choosing a good pair.

I went to the the Clarks in the Watford shopping centre and got served by Hassen, a very nice and helpful gentleman who help and assisted with my query. Wish all the sales people were nice like him !

School shoes fell apart after 1 term and Clarks refused to do anything about it. Quality has really gone downhill.

I have been in store to discuss this and contacted Customer Services online. Neither would do anything to help.

I spoke to Chelsea who straight away said she could download my receipts and send them to my email address putting my mind at ease having receipt for my boots. Chelsea was extremely polite and helpful and very pleasant.

My order came in to the store as hoped and I tried the boots on.
Unfortunately they didn't fit well but the assistant was able to find me a pair in my size. They're lovely.

The staff know their products, they offer sound advice, incredibly patient. In store experience to get this service and expertise when spending £100 or more on footwear, is worth the trip to the shopping centre.

Great service from Anne when buying daughter’s first pair of school shoes; got my little one comfortable to measure her feet, observed her walking in them, providing her expertise showing care and consideration. Great experience and selection of school shoes, will return when she outgrows this pair!
