Pat was amazing with my mother. She really struggles with her feet and went above and beyond to help us.

Pat at Clarks Solihull, was so helpful with my husband some months ago by measuring his feet and listening also suggesting certain type of shoes, so they fitted perfectly, so last week I went into to see if Pat was there again being so helpful Pat was so AMAZING as I am disabled with great difficulties, she was so good so I brought white trainers for the first time in my life and some beautiful loafers. Lana was absolutely amazing with my daughters one of whom is neurodiverse. After a terrible experience at a large store (not Clark’s) the day previous we had some trouble persuading my daughter to even step foot in a shoe shop. Lana was patient, kind and thorough. Nothing was too much trouble for her even with a child with significant sensory difficulties that couldn’t find a pair of shoes that didn’t feel “funny”. Thank you so much Lana for your kindness and patience. You will never know how much it made a difference to our whole family!

Clarks Solihull outside touchwood. Went in on Friday and was served by Lana and Imogen. Both extremely helpful ladies.

I was assisted today in purchasing some boots by Ewan at the Solihull store.
The shop was busy, and he was on jus own, but he still made time to ensure the boots were suitable.

Having been given the responsibility by my daughter to purchase my grandson a new pair of school shoes, I was so relieved when Kiran made the task so simple. Fortunately we were given a lot of choice and my rather shy grandson with encouragement from Kiran, confidently paraded up and down the showroom, testing out his shoes of choice, whilst Kiran assessed his fitting. It was such a success that we ended up taking advantage of the current special offer and Nana also purchased a pair of trainers for him.
