Kiran was really helpful today. She gave me great advice on which colour shoes suited me best. I got them at a good price in the sale so I am very happy with my purchase. I also appreciated the nice cool air temperature!

Served by Ewan at Clark’s Solihull. Excellent customer service, didn’t have product in stock but sorted next day delivery for the same price.

The Sales girl Lana at Solihull was very pleasant and helpful. She ordered an out- of- stock size trainer on her phone very efficiently and assured me if the trainer didn’t fit I would be entitled to an exchange or refund.

Popped into Clark’s in Solihull town centre today, to return some shoes I’d brought for my son online, they didn’t fit him. Enter Lana, she discussed what type of shoe would be better suited for my son (high instep) she brought out a few different styles and when we settled on the ones my son like she made sure he had the right fit. Super fast and super informative. Couldn’t have gone any smoother as we are off on holiday tomorrow 😬.

Many thanks to Ewan at Clark’s Solihull who went above and beyond to help me find the right pair of shoes yesterday. Excellent, friendly service. He went out of his way to find the shoes in a different colour for me, helping me find the perfect pair.

Lana served us today at the Solihull Store. I went with my little boy and my mum to have his feet measured.

My little boy was anxious and reluctant to have his feet measured but Lana was very patient, reassuring and we managed to get his feet successfully measured! We also bought three pairs of shoes. One of the pairs was unavailable in store and Lana facilitated for them to be ordered.

Deb, Very helpful, answered all questions on products available online. Will be shopping in Clarks Solihull again.

Lana helped our little one with finding some pumps. She was patient, took interest and offered great customer service. She made our experience a great one.

Popped in to buy some summer shoes I’d had my eye on and unfortunately the size was not in stock. No problem Jason @ClarksSolihull ordered them in and nothing was a problem. It was really nice to go into a shop and interact with some who knew what he was doing.

Jason in the Solihull branch on Saturday was extremely helpful! I was so impressed by the range of size 8 sandals and he didn’t mind me trying multiple pairs on so I could decide! So impressed as many other shoe shops don’t stock shoes in my size in store, or have very limited range. Please continue to keep stocking size 8 in store as it makes such a difference to those of us with big feet!
