We went to Clarks in Solihull to buy our 4 year old daughter some shoes. We were served by an excellent sales assistant called Hannah. My daughter has to wear insoles to correct her feet and the lovely Hannah had to take those insoles in and out of the shoes she tried on and she was very patient, professional and used her experience to get my daughter the correct shoes she needed! We must have tried a good 10-15 pairs of shoes!!! Thank you very much Hannah! You are a credit to your team (I mentioned you to the manager as we left the store downstairs!) and looks like this may be your first job and I think you will have great success in your future employment!

Annie was extremely helpful, as my daughter di not like any childrens school shoes, so we went downstairs to the adults, where she found exactly what she wanted. Annie was chatty, welcoming and extremely helpful and approachable. Our experience was made so much better due to staff being open, kind and patient.

Thanks to Ewan you helped me today. He was so welcoming and friendly which made the experience all the better.

Served by maddie at Solihull quick and efficient

I was served by Kaaya at Clarks and she was wonderful! She was so attentive and understanding about what we were exactly looking for when it came to school shoes. Kaaya brought out various options of shoes and did not limit our scope or selection. She was fab!

Great service from Ewan @Solihull today buying school shoes for two children with complex needs. Ewan was helpful and empathetic - nothing was too much trouble. Came away with one pair of great fitting shoes and good advice for the second pair. We may be back. Great experience at a time of year when it's usually pretty stressful

Maddie was very helpful and attentive. She kindly went looking for shoes multiple times when our daughters were not sure about the school shoes they had tried on, and we ended up with very well fitting pairs of shoes.

Turned up for the dreaded school shoe shop without an appointment as was unable to book online. Only had a 5 minute wait before being seen by Tiani. She was lovely with both children, engaged with them both, and spoke about different styles and their benefits. Offered option of having desired style ordered to store but she found an alternative for my lad he was more than happy with. Very helpful lady served us downstairs afterwards too,more than patient and understanding.

Went to Clark’s in Solihull earlier this week for my daughter’s school shoes. Maddie was fantastic - she ran the appointment from start to finish, (while I chased my toddler around the store 😅) helping my daughter choose styles to try on, checking they fitted well, offering advice and helping her decide which pair to choose based on fit not just look. She didn’t rush her despite the store being busy - a really positive experience - thank you!

Duha was really helpful when we had our son fitted for his first school shoes this morning. She was great at keeping his attention and the whole process was really seamless and quick despite how busy the store was.

I can't thank Anika enough for her amazing help today. She measured my children's feet and supported them with choosing shoes. This is usually a very stressful experience for us and we have always ended up having to order shoes from Clarks online afterwards. Today, Anika's lovely, calm manner gave us such a wonderful experience. She listened and responded to both children's ideas and opinions and we all left happy and with both children choosing new shoes. My youngest child changed her mind over which shoes she liked and Anika remained patient and happy with her. Anika was an absolute pleasure to talk to and went out of her way to help us.

Sofia at the Solihull branch was great today - really friendly and patient with my two young girls, persevering with them to ensure that they both had well fitting school shoes that they were pleased with. Thank you very much for all of your help - it was very much appreciated.

The lovely Isher served me she took the time and patience with my two girls, she asked their names and remembered them straight away and address them by their names. She was really helpful and lovely customer service!
