Ewan at the Clarks in Solihull was great. Really patient, friendly and good knowledge of the shoes themselves.

Clarkes Solihull is the best location, Ewan sorted me out today. Customer service skills impeccable and Kai. Literally went above and beyond for me. We went to the store in Solihull and Tia who served us was extremely helpful and helped up massively.

Sophie was polite and got on a level with my kids for a school fitting which was a really busy time for the store. She was calm, professional and friendly throughout. She clearly knows great customer service which is sadly lacking in most places these days.

Brilliant experience at the Solihull store getting measured and new shoes for my 3 year old, we were helped by Maddie H who was lovely with my son and he is so happy with his new shoes.

Polite and professional. She had helpful tips and listened to what we required and advised accordingly.
Maddie took every opportunity to up sell but gently. I managed to resist any add ons but I hope she gets the recognition for the service she provides and all the effort she makes to add additional sales for the company.

We booked a slot for both of our children to have school shoes fitted in Solihull. Kai was fantastic, so good with the kids. Kind and thorough. She knew her stuff. Excellent service and efficient too.

The communication between staff was excellent and we were seen at our appointment time.

The service was actually okay , no wait time. The young girl Tia was lovely , my issue is my daughter had her foot measured and was a 9E , we tried a few shoes on I then asked for another different pair . And didn’t relise till at home she had have a different size letter wise . So will now have to make the extra trip to see if they hopefully have the right one

Tiani was helpful and took time to be accurate in her measuring of my children’s feet.
