Christopher at Elliott’s Fields, Rugby, was wonderfully kind and helpful today when we came in with our 17 month old. He measured her feet very gently and spoke to her with understanding. He had two very young customers to juggle at once, but that was no problem with Christopher’s outstanding professionalism. We left with three pairs of baby shoes that fit beautifully. Lovely experience
I entered Clarks shop feeling anxious as I have poorly feet and needed help to get the right shoe to support my feet. Hannah was fantastic, she got a selection of shoes for me to try on and was very helpful and sympathetic to my condition, if only all shop assistants were that helpful, well done Hannah, hope to see you again in the future 👏

5 stars!
Always 5 star service in this particular Clarks branch. We’ve been buying from here for many years for our children and just recently we visited to get our little boy some summer shoes. Hannah the manager helped us and was very thorough with fitting sandals for us and explained why we needed to change sizes in them to suit our sons feet. He loves his new dinosaur sandals so thankyou very much!
