I have the most awkward feet and live in trainers 24/7, but I wanted shoes or a little pair of boots.
Sadly the one's I ordered online didn't fit and I took them back to my local store.
The lady there was absolutely fantastic. We did finally find me a pair but as she said you can't really tell wearing them for 5 minutes, so I paid for them with the assurance that I could have a full refund if necessary.
After two hours of wear at home, my toe was red raw. But true to her word. I had another full refund. Sadly I didn't find anything else. But your customer service was OUTSTANDING. Wish I'd got the ladies name.

Honestly,I have not bought shoes from Clark’s in a long time . After searching for a pair of black shoes with a sensible size heel in many shops I walked into Clark’s and found the perfect shoe . They are so comfortable and the fit is perfect . I wore them all day and had no problems of pinching or rubbing . I was so impressed with the shoe fitting, I have since been back to buy a pair of summer sandles.
From now on I will definitely look into Clark’s shop first before any other shop for shoes 👍🏻

Fit so good with my orthotic insoles, by just going up half a size. So comfy, I got another pair in a different colour. Only gripe really is that they are no longer made in UK

Although Clarks are known for their great customer service, Christopher at the Rugby store took that to another level with the best service we’ve ever received in a shoe shop.

His knowledge and advice were excellent, all delivered in a friendly manner with humour thrown in too! He was also excellent with our son and ensured that he was comfortable in and with the shoes he was getting.

Faultless from the moment we walked in the shop to the moment we left!

We try to avoid taking our boys shoe shopping when it’s likely to be busy, but this year due to illness and holidays, we had to come on the last Sunday of the summer holidays. We booked so when we arrived were directed towards taking a seat in the adult shoe display area. Matthew came to serve us. Both boys refused to have their feet measured and I commented that being served in this area wasn’t what they were used to. Matthew was amazing, without saying anything he seemed to pick up on their anxiety and suggested he find a quieter, less busy place for us. He suggested we pop out the back where it was less bright, less busy and quieter. This was exactly what we all needed. My boys and myself are autistic - with no fuss, he seamlessly accommodated their needs. We went on to have the easiest measure and shoe fitting we have ever had because they were in a better sensory environment. He was patient, good humoured and the kids were happy chatting with him while they were measured. Thank you so much, a small gesture which made the world of difference to our experience.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Jas at the Rugby store, and I couldn't be more impressed with her exceptional service. I was unsure about which style and fit would be best for me, but she patiently guided me through various options, asking thoughtful questions to better understand my preferences. She never rushed me, and her recommendations were spot on—I ended up with shoes that are both stylish and comfortable, all thanks to her expertise.

23-Aug visit for school shoes. We were assigned Amber for a measure and fit. She was wonderful. Really friendly to our little one and had lots of patience. After trying on a range of shoes, our daughter finally said yes to the key shoes. Amber made the whole experience so relaxed. Thank you for your professionalism Amber.

It was a very busy shop today with back to school.our shoe fitter Emmi was patient knowledgeable and really friendly and kind measuring 2 young boys for school shoes. The fact she must of been extremely busy and non stop she never showed that in her service.thankyou emmi

The server today Jiyun was really nice and make sure everything was good according to us but also from her opinion and experience. Came out really happy with all three pairs of shoes.

We went to the Rugby branch today to get School shoes for a 7 year old and sneakers for a 2 year old. We were served by Matthew who took great care of us He had so much patience and both of our girls did take up a lot of time. He made sure that he found an answer to our fitting needs. He even ordered a couple of pairs of boots for us to try as they were out of stock at the time.

Book an appointment online, arrived and was seen straight away. Was served in the Rugby store by Jake and he was great with my two boys, found us shoes that were perfect and not even on show there! Came away with what we needed and it was all very efficient.

Took my two granddaughters aged 4 and 6 to buy new school shoes today. It was, as expected, busy but there was a very organised ticket system. We only had a few minutes wait before being helped by Jake, who was amazing with the girls, asking their names, chatting to them about school and talking them through measuring their feet. He took on board their preferences, making them feel that they were important and making good choices. He took time to listen when they said the shoes didn’t feel quite right, communicating with them in an easy understandable way. Both girls are very pleased with their new shoes so thank you Jake for taking time to make our experience so pleasant.

Had great service from Jasmine in the Rugby store, she was incredibly helpful and made a usual stressful experience for me really smooth sailing! Thank you Jasmine!
