Served by Ali, so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Both staff members were very friendly.

I received excellent service from Ali and Donna today, at the Rayleigh Branch. They went out of their way to help me with some boots I purchased.

Visited our local Rayleigh store today we was greeted by Alison Store Manager.
She gave us time to browse before asking what we was looking for.
Alison offered me different sizes, width fittings and styles & once I had established my size she was able to order my black shoes and arrange for next day home delivery. Very friendly, knowledgeable and knew her stuff!
I’ll definitely be using my local store again.

Donna in the Rayleigh branch was fab helping us pick first shoes for our little boy. She was very patient and took the time to make the experience special. All the staff were great with our little girl too, making her feel included even though she wasn’t getting new shoes this time

Rhiannon was very patient with my children as they tried on multiple shoes. She ensured the shoes were fitted well and were suitable for each child's feet. Very happy with the service.

Donna and Allison were amazing for us on Saturday. We was welcomed into store as soon as we walked in and greeted for my daughters shoe fitting which we had booked. Donna made our girls feel so special whilst sizing them up and fitting my youngest for her first pair of school shoes. Unfortunately they didn’t have the size for eldest however Donna was quick to check other availability in other stores, again no luck so Donna and Allison both reassured us if we ordered instore for home delivery they would be with us on Monday using next day delivery. We felt assured enough by both to go ahead and ordered. It was with huge relief that they then turned up on the following day the Sunday. We then went into store on Monday to get the fit guarantee and again great service. Many thanks to all.

Went to Rayleigh store for 3 children’s school shoes, Lee was serving us. She was so patient with the children, and kept going back and forth getting different shoes and sizes (sorry!) excellent customer service 👍🏼

Always get great service from Clarks Rayleigh. Staff are really helpful. Alison was very good and helped to source a pair of shoes in the right size. They were delivered to store and then I could pick them up after a few days. Would recommend visiting this branch based on the previous positive experiences.

Had a lovely lady called Rhiannon today she was so patient and helped the girls choose their shoe shoes. She got lots of different styles out for them to choose that they had in their sizes. Thank you you made their experience so good 😊

We went in on the spur of the moment When we had a free half an hour. I could see it was busy but despite this they fitted my son in for a fitting. We were seen by the very friendly Allison who was really helpful and gave honest advice, all too often sales people are happy to just sell anything. Allison made sure the shoes were just right and even made sure we were aware of the three month fit guarantee. Really pleased with the service and the help.

We've been using this branch for 6 years and it's always a pleasant experience. Staff are professional and friendly with the kids. Measuring is always drama free. There's been occasions where their stock is low, but simple enough to order them in and come back to collect and make sure of the fitting. Special thanks to Debbie for making the kids feel welcome.

Alison at the Rayleigh, Essex store was wonderful this morning, helping my 9 year old son and I with choosing new school shoes. She also gave him useful tips on how to keep his shoes tightly fastened all day. My son would love to work at Clarks one day as a result of such a positive interaction. Thank you Alison!
