I popped in with my two daughters aged 5 and 2 for their feet to be measured and Lee was excellent. Very kind and gentle with my girls and encouraging when they tried new shoes and helped them make the choice of the best shoes for school. Overall a very positive experience which ended with Lee giving them both stickers which they loved. Thank you Lee!

My disabled adult son really doesn’t like choosing new shoes but Claire M was very supportive and not intrusive which helped get him the right style and size. Thank you for an easy experience.

Visited the Rayleigh store this morning to purchase my daughter’s first school shoes. Donna was very welcoming, helpful and great with my daughter. Didn’t feel rushed at all. Lots of really cute styles and most in stock in my daughter’s size. Came away a very happy customer! Thankyou

Brilliant store, went to get school shoes for my 2 daughters, we were served by Sarah, she was absolutely fab. My youngest knows what she likes and Sarah helped her try on numerous pairs of shoes to make sure she was happy with her choice! She also went through lots of sizes and styles for my eldest! She put the children at complete ease, making them laugh and throughly enjoy their shoe shopping experience. The rest of the staff were nothing but helpful too, brilliant store and brilliant service. Called in to the Rayleigh branch of Clarks, on the off chance I could get my feet measured after losing a lot of weight. Sarah kindly agreed and measured my feet for me, then went and got me a pair of shoes in my size for me to try on. Whilst I was trying on my shoes, Sarah kindly measured my wife’s feet for her. My shoes fitted perfectly and Sarah explained that they would last a long time if properly looked after, and recommended a leather protector which I also purchased, along with the shoes. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my visit. Thank you Sarah!

Instantly helped by Sarah who mentioned she was new to the branch, my toddler Oscar is autistic and struggles with touch so getting feet measured is usually an anxiety inducing process for the both of us. With the help from sarah (and some new books purchased before) oscar had the best measuring experience hes ever have with no upset arriving during or leaving. Really lovely woman and a great new addition to the store

5 stars for the Customer Service Mum received at the Rayleigh Branch!
Since her stroke 2 years ago we have found it extremely difficult to shop and purchase shoes for mum. Accessibility at the branch was great, and the staff were nothing but patient, mindful, and genuinely cared about getting it right for Mum. Which then resulted in a sale. So refreshing to receive such great Customer Service!
Thank you so much Lee (and Claire) for going that extra mile, We'll definitely be back :)

I’ve been meaning to praise the girls in the Rayleigh branch for a while now.
It’s always a pleasure to go in the store whether to pick up online orders, return an item or to browse in store.
All the girls are friendly and go out of their way to help.

We visited the Rayleigh Store today and we were served by Alison. She was very helpful, friendly and patient. She gave good advice about the shoes, and my Son was happy. We will certainly visit again.

Went to Rayleigh branch of Clark’s and I have to honestly say it was the best shoe shopping experience I have ever had! I was served by Claire and she was amazing. She was extremely professional and very patient as my shoe size varies between a 6 and 6.5. She went to great lengths to find me the right style and fit of comfortable summer sandals and I ordered four pairs! If it hadn’t been for her help I honestly would not have been able to find the right fit. Thank you so much Claire !

As always a fab service from the lovely girls. Lee served us today but they are always so lovely with myself and the children and shoes are always fitted perfectly. :-)

Allison was really helpful and great with the kids, kept them engaged and feeling comfortable for measuring and fitting of new shoes.
