Clare was very attentive,helpful,pleasant attitude and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble

Went to get grandson some new shoes, staff really polite and helpful. Lauren was our salesperson and was very friendly and helped my grandson choose his shoes, had a lovely conversation with him while measuring and trying his shoes on, in all it was a great experience for us both.

Greeted on arrival by Clare, all very organised and professional, quickly sourced the shoes and sizes needed to try including extra ones. Excellent service meant everything completed in time to get an earlier bus home

Zylah Willow boots
Waited for these to brought into the shops as the zylah shoes are so comfortable for work thinking the boots will be nice for the cold days boots arrived and were really comfy no issues at all .2 months in I am at work and hear like air escaping check the boots to find the sole is splitting. I send. A message to Clark’s explaining they were purchased on Klarna .told I could return to my local Clark’s shop as I am unable to get to a post office . which seems not the assistant was unhelpful asked to read my emails as if I was making it all up . Even apologised to other customers for me making them wait as she was on her own so an expensive trip in the cold for nothing oh well at least I got better service in costas

1018332 This is my case number . I am still waiting for a reply to my last email to ask what I do now with these boots , no one has offered a replacement I’ve always brought Clark’s for my work shoes and my children shoes now I will rethink what or where I buy from

addition , this is not resolved , i am trying myself to sort out sending these , back , use the returns portal ,, there i am told i cant return as passed the 30 day ,, so contact customer care ,,painful experience

Staff were pleasant and professional and greatly assisted in helping me buy the best shoes for my feet.

Very knowledgeable and attentive staff. Caitlin was lovely nothing was to much trouble for her.

Georgia was brilliant in the store today, she helped our daughter get the pair of shoes she wanted and offered advice about care for the shoes.

We was served by Jack trying to get my 3 year old a new pair of trainers. She didn't want to have her feet measured (normal threenager behaviour) however he was very patient and allowed her to try on different shoes to try and get the best fir for her small ankles and low footing. She came away happy with a new pair of "speedy" trainers. Thanks Jack.

I visited a show fitting for my son today at the Peterborough queensgate store and all staff was really friendly. Lauren measured my sons feet and was really friendly and helpful and made the experience easy and stress free. please can she have some praise from her manager. thank u clarkes.

Today we took our three children into Clarks in Peterborough ( Queensgate ). Now usually shopping with for school shoes for three children is traumatic and troublesome but we were served and helped by Jack today and he made the process look and feel so easy. He was attentive to each child individually and made sure they were all comfortable in their new shoes. He really is a credit to Clarks and we were all over the moon with how it all went 👍👍

We were served by Jack at the queensgate store in Peterborough last Sunday. Jack was friendly with the kids, patient when needed and very informative. I have a 10 and 14 year old so have been to many fittings. Jack was the first person to explain how going up a size can affect the width.

I’ve booked an appointment to get sizing measurements for school shoes and I got straight to the front of the queue in what was a very busy shop so I thoroughly recommend making an appointment if you want school shoes in August. Lauren was absolutely lovely with my two small children, very engaging and made sure that the shoes that we purchased fitted properly and fit the requirements of what we needed.

We had saliha helping today for school shoes for my 5year old. She was Fab ⭐️
