We were served by Phoebe in the Nottingham city centre shop. She was great with the kids, very knowledgeable about the different styles and fits of shoe and generally excellent. Definitely recommend booking a fitting appointment online as there were long waits for people who just turned up.

I visited Clarks Nottingham City centre shop today 16.11.24 and was very pleased with my experience. I looked around for help, and saw Louise, who smiled, and had a lovely air of authority, and asked if she could help me. Louise discussed my requirements with me, and kindly and patiently explained which shoes were available in the shop, and which were not. I was very pleased to hear that Clarks sell wide fitting shoes. She suggested she measure my feet, and I bought two pairs of shoes - one pair I took home, and the other pair are on their way via their click and collect in store service. I also got my NHS discount, and was told if the shoes I collect in 7 days' time do not fit, Clarks will reimburse me. Definitely a good experience. The location is also ideal as it is close to many shops, restaurants and public toilets.

Sonia was fantastic with our little boy, putting up with his temper tantrum! Gave us plenty of choice for his first shoes. Shop was lovely and clean and we were served straight away.

Phoebe at Long Row Nottingham gave excellent service. She dealt with my two grandchildren (one 5 and the other 7) brilliantly, keeping them engaged all the time, which took the stress out of shopping. She fitted their shoes and gave good advice. We all left very happy.

5 star thanks to Sonia for her expert help and kindness in helping my 96 year old step father select 2 pairs of shoes - 1 smart, 1casual. Very much appreciated. Shoes are also of excellent quality and the special offer was an added bonus. Thank you so much

Me and my little boy went into the Clark’s Nottingham shop to get some new shoes. They had no shoes that we liked so we got him measured and said we would order online. We got home and ordered the shoes that we liked. After a couple of wears my little boy was complaining of pain. After contacting Clark’s they have said there’s nothing they can do as they weren’t purchased in store. Beware of this trap as I have now spent £50 on shoes that hurt my little boys feet. I’m a single parent so £50 was a lot to save and waste. We always try to go for Clark’s shoes too because of there good name. Dissapointed with the level of service I have received.

On my visit to the Clarks long row store on Friday 18th October I'd like to say how amazing Louise and the manager Kate were to myself and my 20 month old granddaughter Daisy.. The patience they had with us was outstanding. Many thanks

I visited your store in Nottingham city centre to get my daughter's feet measured for her first pair of shoes. Charlie was really friendly and really helpful. It made the experience very easy for us.

Roberta was our sales person who was very helpful and clearly got great people skills ,the way she interacted with my 10 year old daughter was lovely and made my daughter feel at ease , a very chatty and lovely person she was . Great customer service

I came here with my daughter to get some school shoes ready for next week, was immidiantly greated kindly by a lady called Phoebe, who not only made myself feel at ease but also my 5 year old child, she was very helpful and polite, very smiley which also helps and very patient as we all know what kids can be like, she helped us with many options and didnt rush us to make any decisions and made us feel comfy in the shop and not feeling like we need to rush and get out.

Phoebe gets a 10/10 from my child and myself for how she dealt with us today, so big Thankyou to her.

Booked an appointment online at Nottingham Long Row for a child school shoe fitting. Arrived at appointment time and was ably assisted by Amelia who was really supportive of my son who can be shy. Amelia measured his feet and talked him through the process. She offered him alternative styles and sizes when his preferred shoes were not in stock. Once his size and stly has been selected, Amelia suggested some trainers and ensured they were comfortable and suitable. Fantastic experience!

Alex was brilliant. We arrived and were seen to straight away, looking for school shoes for my 11 year old starting Secondary School next week. My son was somewhat reluctant to look at shoes but Alex took the time to talk to my son about what he needed and what he wanted and then found us the perfect pair. My son was very happy that school shoe shopping was quick, easy and a lovely, helpful, fun sales assistant. Thank you.
