I went into Clark’s at Abbeycentre for a pair of shoes where I was greeted by Maria who was just wonderful. Maria was so helpful & knowledgeable, she made me feel very at ease and didn’t rush me at all. She gave fantastic customer service & explained the different Clarks aftercare product very well. I had the best experience with Clarks, thank you Maria.

Staff always friendly who take time to ensure the right shoes are fitted even for kids with sensory issues. Good evidence of staff training and more junior staff being supported to ensure correct shoe fitting.

The staff in Clarks Abbeycentre…
The staff in Clarks Abbeycentre Newtownabbey are terrific !!! They went beyond the call of duty to supply me with the goods I wanted. Nothing was too much for them !!! The best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Many, many thanks ! Mrs C McA.

Niamh was awesome.
Called in for measurement of my 6yo’s feet. Niamh was so patient and accommodating. She brought lots of options to choose and try, giving advice along the way and no pushy sales. She was so professional and personable as well.

Fabulous service from Cara T in the…
Fabulous service from Cara T in the Abbeycentre branch. I took a faulty pair of shoes in. She was great with my daughter and replaced the shoes without any hassle. This kind of service is why I go back to Clarks for my shoes and also my daughters shoes. Well done Clarks!! Keep up the good work!!

Clarks Abbeycentre. …
I went into Clarks Abbeycentre today with trainers on that were too large. The lady who helped me was absolutely superb. So pleasant. I got insoles which she put into my trainers for me and retied my laces so they would be a better fit. Just wonderful. Such a change from staff in some stores today. I always got Clark shoes for my children but they are grown up now but this lady ( I asked her name : Cara T ) has made me feel I will go to Clarks for my next pair of shoes. Being an older lady ( 67 ) , it is just wonderful to be treated this way. Thank you.
