Had appt arranged for shoe purchase, sales assistant Samuel was very helpfull and got my son measured up for school shoes, unfortunatly were not available in stock, but he arranged for them to be ordered for pick up in store as soon as possible.

Zayna was friendly and helpful when I was getting school shoes for my children. She highlighted a promotion on kids’ trainers and interacted well with my kids.

Brilliant as always. We were served by Erin who was so helpful and patient with my daughter who is high functioning and felt a little over stimulated! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for her shoes!

Samuel was very attentive to my two teenagers and younger daughter and made them picking their school shoes a really positive experience. Such a lovely young man!

Although the shop very busy,I was given a ticket promptly and a lovely young gentlemen called Samuel came to me within minutes to help me. He was very gentle and patient with my 2 year old daughter and checked her feet thoroughly. After bringing out a selection of suitable shoes,we made our choice and made our way to the checkout. Samuel was very polite and friendly. It was a lovely experience.

We had booked a school shoes fitting at 10.15am. Taken on time. Served by Samuel in Abbeycentre store. He was helpful, brought out a selection of 3 styles in the size we needed and also some Scuff Cover Cream which was suggested by staff member. We paid and where on our way for 10.30. We always have a good experience at
Clarks.

Charly in Abbeycentre branch was really helpful. She served us promptly, gave us suitable options and fitted all three children with no hassle. Great service.

Grace took great care and time to see that both our grandkids were satisfied in style and more importantly fit for their school shoes.

Matthew who helped us with our experience today was extremely helpful, polite and very good with the kids. He helped us find what we were looking for and even included the kids in when deciding what shoes they would like. It was a very pleasant experience.

Was in the Abbeycentre shop and a lovely girl called Lauren assisted us with my son and daughters school shoes.
