Just a note to thank the staff for wonderful service today. I visited with an elderly lady I look after. The staff went above and beyond to help us and we bought the perfect pair of shoes for her. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful, even in the middle of the Christmas rush, well done!

Would give Patricia at Clarks Church st store in Liverpool 10 stars if the site would allow. She was so friendly and helpful, I ended up purchasing 2 pairs of comfortable well fitting boots.

Dan was great, helped with a refund but also sorted me with a pair of ‘originals’ that fit like a glove!!!

Don’t normally provide reviews, but he was that helpful I wanted to let Clark’s know!!!

I wanted to put excellent, but felt I couldn't. The shoes I purchased I am pleased with, but I just have one niggle, and that is my order was a click and collect, my choice, fine, but I did expect my order to have already been in a bag, sealed or not, but it was just the box with my shoes in, and I sorry I do not feel that I have to pay extra for a bag with this order!

I was looking on other websites for ages to find a pair of shoes for work and I went on the clarks website and I found was I was looking for straight away, the shoes are so comfortable. I was able to pick them up from a shop near to where I work so I was happy with that instead of going into the city centre. I am so happy with my purchase.

Craig served me today in the Liverpool store and he was excellent, very polite and professional.

The best quality, style and kudos for the money. I personally have around 15 pairs varying between brogue boots and craft run tor. My missus says I should work for Clarks. You guys make my life better. I can always rely on you to provide something different. In a world full of superlatives; you redefine the word regularly. The problem is trying NOT to look at your website.😬

Served by dan was quite busy when we entered, but the staff were brilliant very attentive to the children really kind and gentle my little girl loved trying her shoes on and they are absolutely beautiful added bonus that they do blue light discount! But Dan was great excellent member of staff!

Patricia was very helpful and very honest with how my feet looked in certain boots whilst trying them on. Very professional polite and courteous thankyou for a nice boot shopping experience for a change!

Excellent experience buying kids school shoes at Liverpool Church St. Dan was fantastic with the kids and also seemed to really know his stuff with styles and fitting. He had his work cut out trying to fit our three primary children at once but handled it brilliantly. My only concern is I felt a couple of years ago that Clarks kids shoe quality took a turn for the worse which was not acceptable given the premium prices so I am hoping they are back to their best.

Kerry at the Church St location in Liverpool was amazing. My son is difficult to shoe shop for because of his high instep, and she was incredibly patient, bringing out all manner of designs, sizes, and widths until we found one that worked and was comfortable for him. She even gave us plasters to go because his previous shoes gave him a blister (which necessitated this shoe shopping side quest). In his 17 years, this was hands down the best shoe shopping experience I’ve ever had with him. Thanks for saving our vacation, Kerry!

Staff were friendly, patient and helpful even amidst the chaos of the back to school fittings! Mia of Liverpool 1 Clark’s was very good with my children.
The frustrating thing with Clark’s, having shopped there for many years, is that they constantly run out of stock both in store and online for various sizes (not just at school time) leaving children really disappointed that they cannot get the shoes they want. It is poor really, hence losing a star.

Mia was lovely with my son, she measured him for his school shoes and helped him stay calm throughout.

Prompt services and good quality trainers

I brought My daughters to get their feet measured for school shoes (aged 6&3).
We were seen by a guy called Dan, who instantly engaged with my daughters, he was so good with them both, listening to them and asking them questions about school etc.
He brought out the shoes that they’d shown Dan they liked.
Dan was very thorough checking that they fitted, and gave me confidence that they were a perfect fit.
My girls left happy and I felt the whole experience was very pleasant, quick and smooth. 😊

Just been to Liverpool Clarks - last Sunday before school starts - with 3 kids all needing school shoes and trainers. Laura was great. Patient, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and listened to both what the kids wanted and what I thought too. All in a very busy shop. Thank you Laura you were fantastic!

Ayaan at the liverpool store was extremely helpful in finding both sizing and a shoe style to suit my cousin. Very helpful and managed to sort us out quickly. Made the experience very easy.
