Efficient online experience, shoes arrived ahead of schedule in store (pick-up) Liverpool, the member of staff who dealt with me was amazing, she was super helpful and friendly. I noticed how efficient the rest of the staff were, being extremely professional
and helpful to all customers in the shop at the short time I was in there.

As for the shoes I was looking for an alternative to trainers and saw Torhill Bees (advertised on social media) they were exactly what I was looking for, they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn.

Great experience in store today from start to finish. Booked an appointment online and didn't have to wait. Dillan who served us was friendly and efficient, no pressure to buy and was really helpful during what was a busy time in the shop

Had a lovely experience today, served by a nice lad called will very helpful gave us great advice on what shoes would be best and shoe care if we needed ! if I came back I would definitely want to be served by him again

Jamila at Clarks Liverpool was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We left the shop with a lovely, comfortable pair of school shoes, guaranteed for 3 months. Very successful visit.

We were assisted by Dillan in the Liverpool city centre branch, to help us find school shoes for our two little boys. Honestly, he was so very helpful and informative in helping us find the perfect fit. Could not fault the service and we will definitely be going back to this store in future

Jess and the rest of the staff were a fantastic help from when we entered till we left, the shoes we needed for my son were not in store, so Jess made sure we had them sent to our home address and took off the delivery fee.

Grace helped my 2 teenage boys with great knowledge and confidence as we were unsure of what style to get. We tried various types of shoes and in the end Grace’s knowledge gave us the correct choice.

Helena was great with my daughter. There was a good range of styles for her to try and despite not having the ones she wanted. Helena ordered them to the store to be picked up another time. All staff really friendly.

Attended Clarke’s, Church Street Liverpool, 19/8/24. Aim, to purchase ‘first shoes’ for my grandson (15 months). Attendant Grace was very; professional, friendly, informative, patient. Purchased first shoes, and sandals for holiday in September. Thank you Grace. Wound highly recommend.

I now need wide fitting shoes, and was really pleased with the modern choice available.
Staff were friendly and helpful, and what wasn't in stock will be sent to my home address.

I was helped by Kerry in Liverpool store today. I wasn’t 100% sure of what I wanted but after showing her the suit I had for a wedding, she brought me up a selection and I purchased 2 pairs and the items to look after them. Nothing was too much trouble and she made some great recommendations. I would definitely shop there again. Such a great experience 👍🏻

Went in today to get my child school shoes. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE. Our server Reem was so considerate and helpful during my shopping experience. I would definitely shop here again because of her. My son loves his new shoes.

Not good service in this store came in yesterday with my daughter and today was expecting the same service but I didn’t get it I think the temps need a little more training as I had to worst day.
