I took my grandson in today but only had 25 minutes spare until an appointment we had to get to. Georgia welcomed us with a big smile, obviously understood how difficult boys can be when choosing shoes. Was great at helping choose a style, guided us on the fitting process and we were out within 10/15 minutes. Very happy granny. !!

We visited Clark’s in Guildford to get both my children’s feet measured (3yr & 18months). My daughter who is the youngest and has only just started walking independently, has cried during the past couple of appointments however, Freya was so good with interacting with her, she was able to measure her feet with ease and try on a couple of pairs of shoes to find the right fit, giving regular praise and building a great report, so my daughter felt comfortable engaging with her. If made for a stress free and pleasant experience.

Hi Thank you very much for the elegant comfortable stylish boots. I like the heel height which is not too high as my feet are in a weak condition. I can walk well in them as the fit is correct for me I am so happy to wear these fashionable versatile modern looking boots day and evening

We had the pleasure of Jude looking after us yesterday in Guildford Clarks. From start to finish he was brilliant. We were shopping for my daughter (5) and he was warm, friendly, and polite. Jude was very efficient and wholeheartedly engaged with my daughter and made the experience fun. Successful trip with smiles all round. Thank you.

Came to the Guildford store to buy school shoes for my daughter who has arthritis. We were looked after by Eleanor who was wonderful. She gave great advice in footwear most suitable for my daughter and listened to the needs of my daughter. Thank you so much. ❤️

We were served by Tom, who made the whole experience simple, quick and effective. He was patient with my (grumpy) daughter, and managed to find some school shoes which suited her (and us!)

We had a very positive experience shopping for my son’s school shoes at Clark’s Guildford store yesterday afternoon. We were looked after by Joseph who was personable, attentive and very helpful. If you book an appointment you are seen almost straight away. Good system set up.

Very helpful member of staff Alysia. My daughter didn't know what she wanted so Alysia spent time and my daughter came away very happy and totally sorted.

I took my 2 Grandsons to Clarkes in Guildford. It was their busiest time I believe. We had fantastic service from Christine, she was so patient, finding the boys school shoes and PE trainers . It was a thorough service and we went away with great fitting shoes

Had a fantastic experience visiting the Guildford Clarks store. Jude served us. My 16 month old had his feet measured and we bought two pairs of shoes. Jude provided excellent service - he was clearly knowledgeable about shoes for little ones, so he was incredibly helpful. He was also great with my son and it was clear that he has a genuine interest in getting it right for the children and took pride in his job. He is a rare find! I thoroughly recommend Jude and his service.

Looking for a smart pair of boots that would go well with jeans or a suit. The staff member, Molly, was not only really helpful with her suggestions but she was patient with letting me try multiple size boots with and without innersoles, while offering advice on suitability and look. Molly was very informative and a genuinely nice person who made the experience personable and made me feel like I was the only customer in the shop. Molly is an absolute delightful staff member and a credit to your shop. I'll definitely be back when I need another pair of shoes.

Jude was very helpful - sales staff like this make it a pleasure to buy shoes! We went in to look at shoes for my husband and we ended up buying a pair in the ladies department too!
