Popped into the Grimsby Store today. What a delight the staff are. Patient, knowledgeable, not pushy.
Bought 2 pairs of shoes, exactly what I was looking for.
Amanda served me, she listened and helped every step of the way.
I highly recommend this shop and the ladies that run it.

We have been so lucky to have had expert, professional and kind service at Clarks Grimsby. We were advised by Viv, who helped to make sure my daughter was fitted and happy with the best shoes for her growing feet.

I needed to buy some walking shoes in preparation of my Camino Ingles. I had been to other shoe sellers and was struggling to get a) proper feet measurement and b) staff that seemed bothered. I popped into the Grimsby shop to get my feet measured and whilst there the shop manager recommended Clarks ATL own shoes. I have just walked Jacobs Ladder, Kinder Scout and Grindslow Knoll in the Peak District and the shoes have more than stood up to the task.

I’ve been into Clarkes Grimsby today to get my daughter’s first pair of school shoes. We were given a nice amount of time to have a browse before being approached by James.
He was really helpful, my daughter was a bit shy but he was really nice. Very informative. We were in, measured & done within about 10 minutes. It was a lovely experience, Thank You James.

Visited our Grimsby store recently and have nothing but praise for the staff there. Both my Grandchildren have ‘difficult ‘ feet, one very narrow , the other wide but staff were brilliant. Our store closed last year ☹️but now a much smaller unit opened thank goodness as children NEED to have the correct shoes as they are growing .
It’s just a shame the shoes are so expensive as in this day and age people can’t afford these, but that’s not the shops fault.

Great service with Teresa. All 3 of my children of varying ages needed to have their feet measured. Teresa was approachable, kind & extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

We were served and assisted by Teresa at our local store. Our son has autism and finds shoe shopping particularly difficult and stressful. He exhibited some anxiety upon entering the store but the staff gave us space for him to acclimatise. Once they could see we were engaging him in talks about having his feet measured Teresa approached us and asked whether she could help. Teresa was patient, quiet and git immediately down to our sons level to reassured him when measuring his feet. After confirming his size Teresa offered to bring all shoes available in store that day, in his size, from the stockroom for our son to try on. Teresa worked with us to help our son into each shoe and immediately took the ones that caused him discomfort off and did not rush him in an way. Our son found his perfect shoes and Teresa helped us to dispose of his previous shoes so that our son did not get upset about his 'old' shoes. She also allowed him to keep his new shoes on and proceeded with our transaction swiftly, calmly and in a friendly manner. It made our whole experience pleasant and removed our anxieties over a task that our son usually finds very difficult, with Teresa's warm manner. We would definitely return in the future

Ordered trainers and had delivered to store, tried on there and then to make sure fitted. The good thing was is that if they hadn’t fitted I could return and get credited straight away. The staff were very helpful at the store.

Amazing service from the attentive staff at the Grimsby store. Went in to see what was available. Curious and helpful staff asked if I had found what I was looking for. I was looking for boat shoes in November which was a challenge, but their knowledge of their stock room located the perfect pair (not on shop floor). They were so helpful I then also bought a new pair of brogues. Top service and value for money. Thank you team!

Took my grandson for a refit of his school shoes as he was complaining they were hurting, And they had a 3 month refit policy on them, Which my son took him to the scunthorpe store but they wouldn't change them, Amanda at the Grimsby store was brilliant, and we got them changed with no hassle. Lovely experience, would highly recommend.

Went to Clark’s store in Grimsby for some shoes for my Grandson. The staff were very welcoming and Amanda was very helpful. She measured his feet and was able to find him some school shoes he was happy with at the first look. The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend. Will be going back again.
