Fitting for my boys first pair of shoes. Jas at fosse park was very helpful and patient with us. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.

I went to the Clarks store at Fosse Park, Leicester this evening as I was in need of some good, comfortable shoes. Talisha took good care of me and told me of a 20% offer that I took advantage of. She was most helpful, warm and friendly. I like Clarks shoes because they are comfy right from the start.

Talisha was fantastic today, gave me advice on fittings and had great product knowledge. Plus I always know when I shop in the Fosse park store I won't get "pounced" on - a great atmosphere in store!

We were served by Jas at the fossepark store and she was great! She was so good with my toddler and each time we come it’s like a little experience for her to get her feet measured and choose some shoes. She loves it!

We took our little girl to the Fosse Park branch to get her feet measured on Sunday, and we were served by Jas. She was so lovely and helpful and very patient with our tired and bored 2 year old. We left with a couple of pairs and a little girl who hasn’t stopped showing them off since! Thank you Jas!

Maddox was great, kind and patient when we brought our 8 year old in for school shoes. She showed professionalism throughout.

Maddox was an excellent assistant at Clarks Fosse Park today. She was polite and so helpful finding the right footwear for our granddaughter. She measured her feet and explained our options as Maisie has very narrow feet. She made Maisie feel very special getting a new pair of shoes.

Maddox was brilliant from start to finish. She spoke to my son directly and gave him autonomy over his shoes. She listened and watched carefully to ensure he had the best pair possible. Thank you Maddox!

I returned my order and was able to exchange them for another pair. My size wasn't in the shop and I couldn't order on line but the assistant kindly ordered them from another shop for me. I was able to keep my discount and had no delivery fee to my home address.

Had to go back for a re fit as our son wore his first shoes he was measured for and they hurt his feet. This time we were served by Maddox who was really understanding and knowledgeable. She was also so accompdating to our son and listened to how he was feeling. She told us his first shoes were too big due to the fit and then proceeded to try 4 different types of shoes on our son to ensure the fit is correct. She also advised us to stick to real soft leather for our sons feet rather than PU leather. Very grateful for her help!

Maddox was friendly, helpful and informative, speaking from her own experience, and we hope she’s still there next time we come to buy shoes.
