We had a truly great experience, thanks to Talisha. She was absolutely brilliant and couldn't have been more helpful. We are so grateful for her kind assistance in finding our baby's very first pair of shoes.

Maddox in Fosse Park Leicester Clarks shop was extremely helpful. Even though the shop was busy she gave us her full attention and both my husband and myself came home with lovely new shoes.

We had a lady called Zahra at the Fosse park store help us with our toddler. She was fantastic with our son and measuring his feet and helping us choose his shoes. Thanks again

I love the quality and style of Clarks. Fit and outfit match are important to me, so I have to shop in person. I was served by Maddox who is as enthusiastic about all this as I am and happily helped me try on many pairs. We found the perfect shoes for my holiday, the off-white Mayhill Walk. So versatile and comfy. I’m very happy.

Will never be using clarks again. Bought my daughter a pair of school shoes at the fosse park leicester store in april so only wore them for 3 or 4 months. and was advised to also purchase in soles and heel grips. In september the chain on the shoe came off at school so the teacher had to use a safety pin to keep it from completely falling off.( these are a £48 pair of shoes) Took the shoes back to the store to be told its because her feet are bigger even though they said to buy heel grips for them! Which has ended up damaging the shoe. (Shoe has now been discontinued i wonder why) then after emailing and calling customer services. Was told someone would call back never did. Called again on the phone for half an hour to be told we wont refund you because it was your fault, while laughing as i was trying to explain. Said best we can do is give you 20% of next purchase. There absolutely wont be a next purchase, this has been a disgraceful experience.

Maddox served me at Fosse Park Leicester & was extremely helpful. They didn’t have my size in store so she organised a free delivery to my home address, checking my size with another pair of boots but in a different colour.

We went today fosse park clarks. We were served by Maddox. She is very helpful,kind and offers multiple times different sizes of shoes to feel us comfortable and valued. I always had a good experience with clarks

Great service from Lillie, who tried calmly yet repeatedly to find a boot that would fit . I appreciated her kindness and lack of any impatience.
Sadly Clarks don’t make a wide fit much now so very limited options for a wide foot or orthotics. Disappointing as have for very many years only bought shoes at Clarks. I took 2 pairs home but just buying bigger doesn’t help with the width and I’ll have to return .
But the staff are great and it’s a lovely store!

We went into the fosse park store and were helped by Maddox, I was getting my daughter her first pre walking shoes and through the whole process she was amazing and was so gentle with our daughter! Will definitely be going back for her first walking shoes!
