Took our youngest for his first pair of shoes today. We were helped by a lovely young lady named Harriet.

Lily at the Denton branch was extremely helpful and friendly, as was the other member of staff at the till. Perfect shoes for my son.

I visited Clarks in Denton today with my two little ones and Harriet could not have been more helpful! She was patient with both of my children while measuring their feet and really helped me during my visit.

Debra was so helpful at Clark’s in Denton, she took the time to make sure my daughter’s new trainers were just right for her. Thank you!

Took my son here today for his first shoes and was greeted by a lovely lady called debra , she made us feel so welcome and was a massive help with suggestions and what would be best , we couldn't thank her enough.

Called into the Denton branch today with my partner to get our daughter some walking shoes and her feet measured, we was helped on entry by a lovely lady called Debra, she was so brilliant with our little girl and made everything go smoothly and everything was done within minutes, she was super helpful and we will definitely be coming here from now on. Thank you again Debra! All smiles all round from our little one too!

Visited your Crown point store Sunday 12/01/25 with my 4 & 6 year olds. Merredyth was very patient and helpful with my fussy 4 year old who insisted on trying every shoe in her size before deciding on the first pair she tried on!. Excellent customer service from all the team. Very friendly and a good atmosphere.

I’ll be honest I’ve not been to Clarks in a while. My son has flat foot so he has to wear special insoles so we needed a tough good quality shoe and Clarks has has always seen me right when I was growing up. We were looked after by a lady called pat and she was so helpful. Her knowledge was very valuable and she explained everything as she was measuring his feet so we knew the best fit for his fit and to accommodate his insoles. She then brought out a section in his size and we selected the best fit for him “with a lot of pats help and valuable advice”. Pat reminded me why we go to Clark’s and not just click online or some other shoe store where you just grab them off the shelf and hope for the best. My next shoes will be from Clarks and the service I received from pat was very valuable and appreciated, “even recommended the scuff cover cream that lets face it, if you’ve got kids you definitely need that as they scuff them all the time”. Thanks again and if anyone is in a similar boat and finds it hard to find shoes to fit as they have either wide or narrow feet? Get them measured by the professionals and be comfy as you’re in your feet most of the day when you think about it. Thank you Clarks and thank you pat for all your help.

I had a wonderful experience at clarks today. After being unwell for two weeks I was feeling really low and unhappy. I went to pick up a prescription and whilst it was quiet decided to nip into clarks in denton. I picked some boots which were a steal in the sale. Spoke to Dani who was really nice and she helped me to pick some shoes for my new job. She actually cheered me up when I was feeling down and I'm really happy with my purchases too. Thank you so much!

Spur of the moment purchase. I have a pair of these shoes in Black. They are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever bought.
Looking through the Clarks Black Friday email I saw that the shoes were now available in a wine colour with textured leather.. They were on sale with 20% off so I bought them. They arrived in store after a couple of days. Beautiful shoes. I now have 2 pairs of very comfortable shoes..

Thank you so much to Harriet at the Denton Store for helping measure & choose my two girls new school shoes. So helpful and took her time to get the sizing right for them.

I ordered shoes on line and they said delivery Tuesday. I phoned Wednesday afternoon and was told delivery dates are only a guide. I asked the person to check and she said they were there, I let her know I hadn’t had a text and she said ohhhh you should have had one when we scanned them. I explained that I hadn’t and was told ‘well they are here’! I appreciate everyone is busy but if you are told a delivery date and told you will get a text when they arrive then that’s what I was expecting - not to be made to feel like I was being unreasonable.

I had been in previously to get my daughters feet measured, but they didn't have the shoe in the size that we needed. I ordered them online and picked them up in store. A lady named Pat served us and she was brilliant. I wanted to make sure the shoes fit her correctly so she checked that for me and was great with my daughter. She went above and beyond for us to sort another issue that we had out. Thank you Pat, made shopping with a 2 year old so much easier.
