We took our Son in for his first shoe fitting, we were seen to by Ummayyah who was amazing, she was really good with our Son and efficent so he wasnt sat still too long while his feet were being measured. Thank you Ummayyah for helping us 5 star Service 😊

We recently visited a Clarks store near our home to buy our daughter her very first pair of shoes, but unfortunately the experience there was quite disappointing.

However, because this moment is such a milestone for us (our last child getting her first proper shoes) we decided to try another local Clarks store, and we are so glad we did.

Debra, the sales assistant, was absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived. She took her time to explain which shoes would best suit our daughter’s feet and why, and she happily brought out multiple sizes and styles without hesitation. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and genuinely caring.
Debra made the whole experience feel special. She was so lovely with our daughter, who completely lit up with the extra attention. Thanks to her, what started as a stressful outing turned into a memorable moment for our family. We’re truly grateful for her help and would highly recommend seeking her out if you’re looking for expert advice and exceptional customer service.

I visited the Denton store with my 3 year old little girl who needed some new shoes for nursery, we were served by Harriet and she was fabulous, she was so patient and attentive, she made my little girl feel really special and she hasn’t taken her new pink unicorn trainers off since we bought them! We were served by Maleeha in the Denton store today. She was very friendly and smiley, was keen to help and offered us good advice. She asked if we needed extra shoe protection when we were paying but was not pushy about it

Great experience, we went in to try on shoes for my husband, Debra was so helpful and her recommendations were great we bought a black pair of shoes (for a wedding) and they were so good that we went back the following day and Debra came over and recommended a brown pair, we ended up with another 2 pairs thanks to her helpfulness and recommendations

Maleeha at Denton was extremely knowledgeable and friendly especially for first thing on a Sunday morning!
