We visited Clarks in Colchester on holiday and bought shoes. Sally gave us excellent service in a very friendly and professional manner. My husband loves the comfort of his new shoes

Maria at the Colchester branch went out of her way to help resolve a problem with my son’s school shoes, where the sole had come away after only few weeks. We left with an exchanged pair and reassurance on the fit. Thank you.

My father and I were served by Sam on Friday and she was absolutely fantastic. I would even go as far to say probably one of the best shopping experiences for shoe shopping I can remember and I am 61 😊. She measured my feet to ensure the correct fit, something I have not had done since a child. Well done Sam👍

I have been going to Clarks in Colchester since my son was little 10 years ago and I have just been in this morning with 2 year old daughter and I have to say what a lovely place and wonderful staff! We saw Debbie and she is amazing, dealing with my little girl who wouldn’t stop dancing! She is efficient, kind and a credit to the company! Also, great to hear a member of staff talk so highly of the company too! We will be back soon, as my children’s feet seem to grow faster every year! Thank you!

I was served in the Colchester shop by Sally, I was looking for work shoes, she was very helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble, very polite and was able to give me a discount as I wanted to buy two pairs of shoes, she has excellent customer service and a real asset to your shop

Visited store today after shoes purchased 8 weeks ago for school for my son had split .Spoke to manager Sally who was very efficient and helpful after discovering the shoes had been put in wrong box at sale and scanning system effected matter resolved remeasured and replacement pair given
Sally could have left me to sort matter out with customer services but took it upon herself to sort matter herself once again very helpful and a credit to your team thank you
