We were assisted by Abhinav who was extremely polite, helpful and above all patient with a child who did not want to be show shopping ! We were very grateful for his care and kindness and for finding him some school shoes :)

Super helpful
Super helpful, I was served by Amrit for both my hyper children. She went in multiple times to offer the best sizes, styles and width and kept trying till both mine were fitted properly.

Sophia is great
My husband, two children and I went into store to have children measured and purchase school shoes.
We were assisted by Sophia who was incredible in ensuring the shoes not only fit but would last. We can not thank Sophia enough for all of her help and patience.
We will definitely be back!

Lauren was absolutely amazing
Lauren was absolutely amazing. Our son is autistic and struggles with large crowds and waiting so the thought of getting new school shoes for him filled me with dread!
I rang the store and spoke to Lauren, who was so accommodating - from suggesting she could open the store a little earlier so that he could be measured and fitted with new shoes in a quiet space to me giving her 3 rings as we were approaching the store so she could be ready.
Within five minutes we had come away with a new pair of school shoes for our son - Lauren had created such a positive experience for him that hopefully the next time he needs new school shoes he will feel very calm and relaxed.
Lauren truly is an asset to your company - she honestly couldn’t have done any more to make our son’s experience such a good one!

I took my four grandchildren to clarks
I took my four grandchildren to clarks, Chelmsford today. We were served by Sara. She was first class-calm, kind, efficient, thoughtful and professional. The fittings were excellent. Our entire experience was FIVE STAR! Thankyou.

Went to the Chelmsford Branch to ouch a school shoes for my Daughter, the shoes was a bit costly so intended on going elsewhere.
I had a change of heart after seeing how attentive Sophia was, she was very determined to ensure my child have the appropriate size and she was fully attention to detail, thank once again Sophia for your excellent customer service.

Chloe was absolutely fantastic
Chloe was absolutely fantastic. We took our little girl, also Chloe, for a measurement for her shows and Chloe was so good with her. Really helpful and made our 20 month old little girl feel so comfortable. 10/10

Excellent service - Dionne was extremely helpful when I was purchasing a pair of new school shoes for my daughter. Nothing was too much trouble and she went above & beyond to find the pair of shoes my daughter really wanted for school. 5 stars all round
