We saw Lauren in the Chelmsford branch today to fit our son’s first shoes. She was warm, welcoming and informative.

Very busy but Chloe was very helpful and great service

Lauren was really helpful, haven’t had my feet measured for years so she took the time to do that and help with my shoe selection as I wanted some harder wearing shoes for work. Great service from entering to the store to purchase.

I’ve just written this review for the third time as I lost the previous two due to tech issues. I’ve persevered as I felt a need to thank Sian for her service ! I came into store with problematic feet but Sian was patient, attentive and happy to help in every way. Such a fantastic, faultless and personalised service with a smile! Big thanks to Sian. You’re an asset to Clarks.

We’re always greeted with positivity and a friendly attitude at Clarks, Chelmsford. Today, Amber helped my 2 year old son and I choose some winter-ready shoes. She was very capable at handling his already strong opinions and engaging in his toddler conversation - making him feel happy Clarks at ease.

Great customer service in the High Chelmer Chelmsford store. Served by Sara and she helped my little boy find shoes he loved that were comfy and fit well. Also got a coloring sheet for him. Many thanks!

Chloe was patient and super-helpful helping us find school shoes for teen daughter - helping us across the children’s and adult ranges.

I have been shopping here for a few years now and this is the first year when I have not had any choice when it came to picking out shoes due to only having one lace up and one other which is not allowed at our school due to the 3 Velcro strap not being classed as school shoes to say I was disappointed is an understatement. Shoe was a 5-5.

We were made to feel really welcome. Sian was the lovely lady that helped us, she also had a trainee with her, Stacie. We were there to get my son’s first pair of shoes. Both of the ladies were extremely helpful, and great with my son. Sian gave great guidance to Stacie and we left very happy with 2 great pairs of shoes.

We were seen to by Sophia, she’s was so nice and really good with both my 7 year old and 2 year old. She was patient and listened when I brought up concerns about sizing against pricing (I didn’t want to pay all that money to then have them both grow out of the shoes in 3 weeks). I would mark down for price but that isn’t the employees fault so I won’t.
After trying on a couple of pairs each, we decided and Sophia served us at the till and wished us a good day and to enjoy the rest of summer. She didn’t seem like she was rushing us off for the next customer which was the cherry on top!

Sian was incredibly helpful and completely understood issues we have with my eldests feet and finding the right shoes for her. Made the whole experience of school show shopping a lot less stressful than we were expecting.

At Chelmsford today I took my 16 month old to be measured for her first pair of shoes. She hated it. Screamed everytime the measuring equipment came near her foot and clinging to me for dear life. The reason for the 5 star was George, he was patient, calm, waited for her to warm up to him, measured teddy's feet, ducks feet, pigs feet and mummy's feet before finally getting her measured, and then played at pass the toy whilst I subtly got the shoes on her feet to test them out.

A stressful experience made slightly less stressful by great customer service. Thank you.

IKra provided excellent customer service and you could plainly see she was attentive to all who came into the shop. She helped me with my son’s measurements and gave informative advice. Thank you!
