A really helpful young lady in Clarks Carmarthen today, helped greatly as I was on my own with two little ones..took time fitting the shoes, came away really happy with two pairs of first shoes..thank you

I was on holiday and needed some comfortable shoes as the ones I had were not. Sarah, was warm and friendly and was able to assist me in choosing my shoes, nothing was too much trouble, in fact I bought both pairs as I could not decide between the two.

Jaime was absolutely brilliant with our little boy and fitting his first big boy shoes! Excellent customer service - thank you for making it a lovely experience 😀

Great quality products. Lovely to buy my little boy his first pair of Clark trainers. I’ll definitely be going back to buy more in the future but I’ll keep an eye out for any offers as they’re pricey.

Mubanga was very helpful today in Clarks Carmarthen. She had a great manner and helped my nervous toddler enjoy our visit.

Visited the Carmarthen store today and was served by Sarah who was very helpful, went upstairs to the stock room a couple of times for me to get a few pairs of boots for me to try and suggested a slightly smaller size which were ideal. Thanks for the excellent service.

Sarah and Rachel at Carmarthen store gave fantastic service. I went in looking for a specific pair of Clarks shoes and although it was from two seasons ago, both members of staff immediately remembered and were able to write down the details for me so that I could perhaps find them elsewhere.

Catherine and Sarah were extremely helpful and lovely people. They went out of their way to help resolve an issue I had with a pair of boots and they clearly care about their products and their customers. I will be purchasing from this store in future rather than on-line. :)

We took our 15 month old to get a proper shoe fitting as she needs extra ankle support. Sarah took the time to try different sizes and styles to find what worked best for her and made the whole experience stress free and fun too. Thank you so much!

Came in to buy a pair of comfortable shoes for work as I'm on my feet all day, and Rach truly went above and beyond finding the perfect pair for me! She was bubbly and super accommodating, and looked after me until we found the right pair! Thank you so much, brilliant service
