I saw a pair of shoes, similar to the polyveldt shoes I had many years ago, and called in to the Carmarthen branch. I was attended to by a knowledgeable assistant who went through the pros and cons of two styles that I was interested in, and I ended up buying two pairs. One pair needed a wider fit and this arrived by post two days later. Excellent well made shoes, matched by friendly, professional service. Thank you Rachel and Sarah.

Sarah was very helpful and pleasant. I needed to try a pair of shoes and compare them with a pair that I had bought previously online. I decided to keep the pair that I tried in te shop in exchange for the pair bought online. The exchange was done without any trouble and I am very grateful for all the help I recieved.

Had a lovely experience for my baby’s first Clarks trip. Bethan at the Carmarthen store is an angel! Helped me get my little one’s first shoes measured up and helped me pick the correct ones for his age. Very lovely person and very helpful (also great sales woman)

Warm welcome when arriving in store, Ella was very professional and was able to see to multiple families at the same time without it feeling over whelming. She went out her way to be attentive and thorough ensuring the shoe fit was correct for my daughter. Very pleased with my visit to the Carmarthen branch

I went to Clarks to get my feet measured properly and really appreciated their customer care and the time they spent with me, so I could make the right choice. Much appreciated.

Today we visited the Carmarthen store for our daughter to have her feet measured so that we could purchase her first pair of shoes. We were served by Jaime, who was very friendly, informative and was great with our little girl. A wonderful experience. Thank you so much☺️

Rachel the shop assistant was extremely helpful and polite. She quickly found the shoes I was interested in and also provided extra information on caring for them.

Went to the Clark shop in Carmarthen. Was served by three assistants Sarah, Bethan and Catherine. I had my four miniature Schnauzer dogs with me. I was welcomed and provided with professional assistance. The staff there are a credirmt to the Ckarks organisation.

Sarah and Rachel were the staff and they were very friendly and helpful. I needed a flat pair of shoes so tried a pair on but they were a bit tight so they suggested a wider option. I also tried a slightly larger pair. I bought the original pair of shoes I'd tried. My overall experience of shopping in Clarks Carmarthen was very positive and I'd highly recommend shopping there!

Has a fantastic experience at the Carmarthen store recently. I left it far later than I should have to buy new school shoes but when I called (30/8)to book an appointment, the lady I spoke to put my mind at rest that they would ensure we found suitable shoes for . When we arrived on the Monday morning we were introduced to Ella who was just lovely - friendly and professional She measured my daughters feet carefully and considered/ discussed which shoes would suit my daughter and presented us with a selection to try . Even when the store began to get busy, Ella reassured us that she would stay with us until we were happy that the shoes we bought were right. There was brilliant teamwork between Ella and her colleague (said she likes cake but didn’t catch her name!) who took Ella’s next appointment for her so Ella could give us her undivided attention. Ultimately, we now have the perfect school shoes and I really felt that our experience is everything I hope for from the Clark’s brand and the reason I still choose to trust them with my daughters feet! Thanks
