I prebooked a time slot to get my two children's feet measured and fitted for school shoes. We were early and it was an extremely busy August weekday - however we were seen to straightaway. Managed to get measured and fitted with 2 pairs very quickly, Jane and Lynn were extremely helpful on the shop floor and at the till. It was a pleasure!

We were served by Theo at the Cannock outlet store today who was super helpful! I needed school shoes for my two children and from start to finish we had a fantastic experience. Feet were measured and two pairs of school shoes purchased in a very pain free experience! Theo is a credit to you!

Very busy day with new school shoes required. Glad we made appointment, which was punctual. Dyaal looked after us. She was lovely, knowledgeable and very helpful, clearly a postive vibe amongst staff. Choice and price perfect for us. Very happy, and will return.

Well I came for some shoes for a funeral and left smiling thanks to the wondeful Jane and her colleagues.

I also learned a few things about Tarts...true story...if you get the chance do ask...you'll be in stiches as you get a pair or two of some of the world's best made shoes.

Lovely welcome when we came through the door. Quick efficient service even though they were extremely busy with measuring for school shoes. First time of coming to outlet and Jane was very kind and explained about the McArthur Glen club in each store.

Today I had pre booked an appointment for school shoes at the cannock outlet for my daughter. We were a little early but we were seen straight away by the friendly assistant Hannah who measured my daughters feet and found her a pair of lovely shoes. Jane who served us at the till was extremely friendly. We had a lovely experience and will be back again.

Went to Clarks at the McArthur Cannock outlet and Jane was so helpful especially given how busy they were. Left with a new pair of shoes for school, which is not as easy as it sounds with a picky teen daughter!!! Thanks Jane

Fat blonde lady in cannock was extremely rude yet again. Never going there again.

I came into the store to get some shoes for my new college course. I want to shout out 2 workers, Lynn and Nick. Nick, he was so attentive, friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to help us get the perfect fit and suggested insoles which we brought aswell. Lynn was the person on the till when we got the shoes, she is so lovely and bubbly. Overall it was such a nice experience to shop here, will definitely come again

I have been taking my children to the outlet in Cannock since they opened and every visit I have left having received great service. Today was the dreaded school uniform shopping ready for September and I expected it to be busy. What I didn't expect was to be served by a young lady by the name of Anya who could not do enough for us. She was thorough, polite, friendly and her service could not have been better. Having worked in customer service previously it's something I always pick up on especially when places are busy as it can be common for service to slack during peak times but not in Clarks Outlet Cannock. Jane on the till today was equally as friendly and having been served by her previously I know she consistently gives good customer service. The team as a whole appear to work really well together, a fabulous store, clean & tidy 5*****

Booked a kids fitting for two kids at Cannock outlet. Best customer service we've ever had at a Clarks. Amy B. measured their feet correctly and advised on sizes. Theo was very knowledgeable about how to fit the shoes, also worked out my oldest had narrow foot but wider instep and made sure that the velcro straps would fit and last with wear, as well as checking length and width were correct. Happy to exchange missold shoes from a different outlet that had been measured wrongly the week before.

Excellent service from Amy for school shoes fitting. We had appointments booked so were seen immediately. We didn't feel rushed despite my son needing two different sized shoes and I was pleased the store was able to offer the odd shoe discount scheme.
We used this Cannock outlet store last year and the shoes for both children lasted for a full school year.

Excellent service by Amy Louise at the Cannock branch. Highly recommended. The shop was very busy but as we’d booked an appointment we were seen to straightaway and were not rush while my daughter made a decision on the shoes she wanted. Amy Louise was lovely, friendly and really engaging with my daughter.

A fab experience at my sons shoe fitting with Theo today. The store was very busy but we were seen immediately as we had an appointment; Theo was super efficient, helpful and friendly, and most importantly really great with my son. He was also very knowledgeable on the best style and fit for my sons high instep. We were also able to beat the queue at the till due to our appointment, and so the whole experience was very quick and easy. Thank you! 🙂

Lucy (Cannock Mcarthurglen outlet) was amazing measuring my children's feet this morning for school shoes and a pair of trainers. She listened to my concerns with precious fittings, was very informative and had somuch patience for us. I usually feel like I'm being rushed out the door, but not today! She was very friendly with myself and my children. Thank you somuch Lucy for making our visit pleasant and not stressful at all.

Great service in the Cannock store today from a young lad called Theo. We did the dreaded 'school shoe shop' with my wonderful yet very lively daughters (5 and 8). Theo was very patient, had an excellent manner with the girls and went out of his way to make sure they were looked after and had perfectly fitted shoes. Polite, charming and professional - we felt very well looked after. Thanks Theo 😁

We were served in store today by two wonderful ladies I didn’t can’t the name of the young girl that measured and found us my sons school shoes but Jane at the counter was super helpful friendly and polite and we’d highly recommend a stress free simple shoe shopping experience at the Cannock mcarther glen branch

Amy B absolutely amazing young girl, extremely helpful today when I was in the Cannock shop, helped me and my daughter for school shoes, fitted them extremely professionally and gave her a sticker which she loved, I highly recommend you go to Amy B when you go to the Cannock shop.
