We were served by the lovely Amy. She couldn’t have been more kind, friendly and helpful. She even asked my little girl what her name was and kept calling her by name throughout the visit. Things like that make a huge difference!! She was a star … and that’s why i’m awarding her 5/5. If i could give her 6/5 i would. Absolute superstar!!

Lazy staff unwilling to help. I went to the store at Cannock Outlet, it wasn't busy, staff were lazy, unwilling to help us measure our kids feet. We waited 20 minutes before asking for help at the tills and she still proceeded to serve another customer. At this point I walked out, they don't deserve any business of mine.

she was amazing help for my little one and her first shoes. she was so friendly and made the experience amazing for our family. we will definitely be visiting again!

My little one went in for her first ever shoe fitting today they treated her like the princess she is!
They were really informative and gave me all the best advice as a first time mum with no clue they made me feel at ease and comfortable and even managed to get a few smiles out of my little one (she hates people) I will be going there in future!!!

Theo helped our 2 little ones to have their shoe sizes measured. He was extremely helpful with my 3.5year old, kept her entertained to keep her relaxed but also went extra mile to ensure he found a perfect fitting shoe for her. He was very skilled in what he was doing. He was very patient with our 1 year old, who kept wriggling. But Theo kept measuring until he got it right. Store didnt have right size for my 1 year old, but we were given details of the website to purchase it online. Stressful experience turned into a breeze, thanks to Theo

We visited the Cannock Retail Outlet store today. Theo offered second to none customer service whilst measuring and fitting new shoes for my daughter. Sally was so friendly, proactive to come over and help with finding my right size. Didn’t over “hover” and gave me plenty of time to try on, and was a sleigh for the cleaning product at the end. So happy for her brilliant customer support, thank you :)

On Saturday we visited Clarks at the McArthur Glenn outlet in Cannock. We were very fortunate to be served by Sallyanne. My husband has odd sized feet and needs a 7 and a 10. Sallyanne told us about Clark's 'odd shoe scheme' and with help from Sallyanne and Rachel we bought shoes at a great saving. For many, many years we have been buying shoes from Clarks and no-one has ever told us about the scheme before. He has had to buy two pairs and throw two shoes away which has been very costly and wasteful. Thank you so much Sallyanne & Rachel for telling us about the scheme and for super helpful and pleasant help.

Was directed on your website to the Clark’s outlet store at Cannock to return my item for free. After the journey over there the staff refused to accept the return saying that an outlet store could not take back online returns. What a wasted journey! Clarks have closed too many high street shops now to justify charging £2.95 to return items bought online as there are not enough suitable alternatives for a free return.

Clarks Cannock, Anya gave exemplary service for our three little ones feet. The store was of great standards and we had a comfortable and easy experience.

Booked an appointment. Staff were friendly and feet were measured with care and precision. Kirsty listened to our requirements and came back with the perfect pair of shoes. Great service continued as she took us to the till and served us immediately. Even when we had trouble using a voucher staff were on hand to give us the help we needed. Despite how busy the shop was at this time of year the staff were friendly and made time for us. Thank you.
