Patience, kindness and a smile
What made our experience great was the patience and kindness that Poorya showed when helping us. We went as a family to get shoes and he was as extra helpful with my 6 year old who had complaints for almost any shoe. Poorya handled it with a a smile and gave simple and honest explanations to my 6 year old.
He also helped my husband, my 10 year old and me find suitable shoes. And really went the extra mile trying to find what we were looking for. Thank you!!

Great customer service
Great customer service, Poorya who was my customer service representative was so helpful. They had all the sizes and really quick service. Really comfy shoes too which is also a winner. Will come back here when I need new shoes. Breath of fresh air compared to other shoe shops (I’ve literally done a tour round them all trying to find wedding shoes). Nice one Clarks

Ben W at the Cambridge store saved the day!
Terrible experience with an online order sent via FedEx but Ben W saved the day!
FedEx failed to deliver my Clarks order on a Sunday even though I paid for next day delivery and I received notifications from that morning promising that they would deliver that day. I arrived to the shop a little stressed as I had ordered the shoes for an important work event on the Monday. Ben W came the rescue! Even though they didn't have the shoes in the style and size that I'd ordered, he found as many similar styles as he possibly could. He couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks so much Ben! Bosses please give him a raise!
