We visited the Clarks store at petty cury in Cambridge to buy school shoes for our son. Although we struggled to decide on the right pair, Ben provided us with helpful advice on the best fit. Thanks to his guidance, we were able to choose the perfect shoes for our son, and we highly recommend the store for Ben’s help.

Very efficient and helpful - so many shoe stores leave you waiting for ages, and Maisie and her colleague were really quick, and then helpful with advice and some different laces. Reminds you why it’s a good idea to always try Clarks!

Ben and Caitlan in the Cambridge store were excellent. As any parent of a 5 year old will know, when your daughter has selected shoes, purely on the attachment of a unicorn charm (well done Clarks marketing team) the answer “sorry, they don’t have your size” is not sufficient to end a global meltdown. Cue the national search for aforementioned shoes which is where Ben and Caitlin come to the rescue. They helped us track down one of the 8 remaining pairs in the country and getting them sent to our home address. From the moment we stepped into a busy shop getting assistance was no problem and they were very happy to assist. Clarks CEO this pair have done more to your bottom line than most of your executives - they deserve management plaudits

The appointment was promptly attended to, and measurements were taken for two children's feet in preparation for purchasing school shoes and trainers. Masih demonstrated exceptional patience and expertise in finding the most suitable fit for my son. I express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided. Cheers.

Super helpful and friendly staff greeted me into the Cambridge store. A young man came back to help me when I had decided on shoed to try on. He then passed me over to Marilyn. Who in record time had the 2 pairs of shoes for me to try on. Same style, but different widths and sizes. She gave me very helpful advice on the correct size and width that were the best fit 👌. Another young man on the till completed my purchase. Super happy about both the shoes I purchased and the professional and courteous service I received!!

When twice to the Cambridge store recently to get school shoes. I didn't get the name of the assistant who served me the first time but she was friendly, efficient and listened to what we needed. The second time I was served by Daniel who was also very helpful although the store itself was somewhat chaotic with a new system of a measuring area, fitting area and tickets not really working and leaving a lot of confused customers and stressed seeming staff

The lad who served us was so helpful and professional he is a credit to the team! Thankyou Juan

I went for my children’s school shoe fitting at the Cambridge store. Couldn’t fault the experience there, the staff member Muntaha was very helpful and helped both me and my children find a shoe we liked and that they found comfortable. She was also very good with putting my nervous Son at ease.

Sophie helped my grandson who has special needs in the Cambridge store in July. We were very pleased with her.

Louisa and the team was amazing! They were so accommodating and stayed open past 7pm which is not their regular closing time. My mom plans on purchasing shoes tomorrow!

We were served by Becca at the Cambridge store on a very busy Tuesday afternoon in the summer hols full of frantic parents buying school shoes. Becca was efficient and helpful and thanks to her and the team we were in and out in a timely manner - much to the delight of my 5 year old boy who didn’t have much enthusiasm for shoe shopping!
